If you’re supplying your own crate for your pet’s journey, it must be IATA compliant. Please take a moment to review the crate guidelines attachment included with your Booking Confirmation—especially the requirements around ventilation holes, as airlines are currently enforcing these safety standards more strictly.

The good news? We were able to get this sweet little traveller into Adelaide on their original flight using an airline-approved Bay City Pet Travel hire crate!🐾✈🐶🥰

A long journey for this little one, but they were delighted to see us part way through their journey and enjoyed a cuddle and freshened up crate for the second flight.

The Bay City Pet Travel office will be closed over the Easter weekend from 4:00pm on Thursday 2 April and we will reopen 8:00am on Tuesday 7 April. We wish all our customers and their pets a safe a happy Easter and good luck to all those competing in shows!

Lucy a 4 month old German Shepherd travelled from Rockhampton to Canberra with us today, she had long transit so she got to hang out for a while with our driver. A play and welcomed pats while we freshened up her crate for the next flight. 🐾🐶✈🥰
