Thank you to all our new and existing customers for emailing through their quotes and enquiries over the Christmas and New Year period while our staff enjoyed the Festive Season and had a well earned break! We have been busily attending to all your enquiries over the weekend and will have responses out to you first thing tomorrow morning so please keep an eye on your inboxes! Well what a busy few weeks, thank you to all our customers for trusting Bay City Pet Travel with your pet travel requirements in 2024. We hope all those that have a new fur baby are enjoying those cuddles...and zoomies and are all settling in well into your family!

Wishing all our customers a very happy and safe Christmas and New Year!

We are closed from 12pm on Christmas Eve and will reopen on Monday 6 Jan at 8am.

For those who have bookings during this closure period, we will have a staff member monitoring calls and emails to assist you if required but we will only respond to new enquiries/quotes when we return from our break! 🐶🐱✈🐾🎅🎄
