We have been experiencing some technical issues with our website from Friday and over the weekend. Please be aware that Virgin Airlines would like to remind pet transporters when flying dog and cats that the ventilation on approved travel crates are required to be holes, NOT SLOTS as pictured in example.

Please be aware that some crates are marketed as Airline Approved but this may not be the case, if you are need any clarification on what the requirements of Airline Approved crates are, please get in touch with one of our friendly team!

Today we had the pleasure of transporting 5 Beagle x Cocker Spaniel puppies from Rockhampton. Two were off to Newcastle and the other three are going all the way to Perth! These guys had a long connection and needed a break from their travel crates so they had a very playful comfort stop with us today...we don't know who enjoyed it more the puppies or our staff member! 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶

These two had A LOT of false starts thanks to Cyclone Alfred but thankfully they finally made the journey from Mackay to Melbourne today. Safe travels to these two cuties! 🌪🌧🐾🐾🐶🐶✈️

Due to the current situation of Tropical Cyclone Alfred and being based in Brisbane, our office will be closing at 12:00pm today. A staff member will be monitoring emails and calls until 4:00pm for today's bookings that are still proceeding and over the weekend for any changes to upcoming bookings next week. Well what a busy few weeks, thank you to all our customers for trusting Bay City Pet Travel with your pet travel requirements in 2024. We hope all those that have a new fur baby are enjoying those cuddles...and zoomies and are all settling in well into your family!

Wishing all our customers a very happy and safe Christmas and New Year!

We are closed from 12pm on Christmas Eve and will reopen on Monday 6 Jan at 8am.

For those who have bookings during this closure period, we will have a staff member monitoring calls and emails to assist you if required but we will only respond to new enquiries/quotes when we return from our break! 🐶🐱✈🐾🎅🎄
