We trust this message finds you and your beloved furry companions thriving and in good spirits.

We want to express our sincere gratitude for your continued loyalty, support and understanding during our recent challenges and with the restricted availability of certain varieties of MfM pet food. Your loyalty means the world to us, and we're committed to ensuring that your pets receive the nutrition they deserve. We are truly grateful for the continued increased demand for the product range.

As we worked our way out of the serious setback we had late last year, we had to make absolutely sure that the integrity of the food was suitable for the high quality all of you have come to expect and so we implemented much stricter protocols, which resulted in slowing down the actual cooking process. This had an impact on how much we can make at a time so we started working on longer batches.

We are pleased to inform you that the steps are working and you can expect an improvement in stock levels as we work tirelessly to replenish the marketplace with your pet’s favourite MfM food varieties. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience as we navigate this slow but confident return. We understand the importance of providing reliable nutrition for your pets, and we're taking every possible measure to minimise any further disruptions.

As we move forward, we're committed to enhancing our service to you, our valued customers. Your feedback and support are invaluable to us, and we're actively exploring ways to improve your experience with MfM including more regular updates via our social media channels and a few upgrades to our website too.

We apologise for the current challenges regarding the availability of certain varieties of MfM pet food. The recent removal of some varieties from the shelves also created an unexpected surge in demand for our other products and has resulted in a temporary stock shortage.
We understand the importance of providing a consistent supply of high-quality pet food, and we are working tirelessly to resolve this issue to minimise the impact on your pets’ diets.

Stock will start to flow from our warehouse next week as we are committed to producing your favourite MfM pet food varieties as quickly as possible.

We are writing to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience or concern caused by a recent issue affecting our food. We want to assure you that we take this matter very seriously and are committed to resolving it.

We have become aware of a concern regarding the presence of mould in some of our dry dog products and we want to ensure the well-being of your beloved pets. While this issue has only affected a small number of bags and products from some of our recent production, we believe in taking precautions for the health and safety of your furry friends.

To address this matter, we recommend that you carefully inspect the products with a best before date listed below. It’s important to note that if these products have been stored in a cool, dry environment, the likelihood of any issue is minimal. Nevertheless, we encourage pet parents to remain vigilant.

If you come across any signs of mould in your product or if you prefer not to continue feeding your current bag of affected food from the specific best before dates listed, we kindly ask you to discontinue use and take the product back to the place of purchase or reach out to us at [email protected].

Our dedicated team is here to assist you with replacing your product. When contacting us, please provide details about the product variant, bag size, and best before date for a smoother resolution.

As a further safety precaution, we are actively collaborating with our retail partners to ensure that any affected bags are removed from sale. This collaborative effort underscores our commitment to providing the highest quality dry dog food in Australia.

As promised, here is a quick update from us regarding the stock disruption
 
We are grateful to you all for your awesome understanding, patience and the words of support we continue to receive, along with the support of the industry that knows how this has affected us.
 
We are not yet at full supply levels, and some of the delays have been out of our control, like raw material availability, especially the quality we require and you expect, but as a team we have pulled together with our manufacturing and distribution partners to deliver thousands more bags to MfM pets in Australia compared to last month!
 
During this difficult time, some businesses tried to write us off and spread word that we will no longer be around. Other brands have tried to pass themselves off as equivalent to MfM hoping pet parents will switch their pet’s diet. The number of messages of confidence and support we receive telling us how your pets thrive on MfM and how nothing else works nor compares to our diets not only humbles us, but also strengthens our resolve to get back on our feet even faster.
 
Thanks to all our loyal fans and supporters, MfM is very much still in business and we will be back in full supply very soon!

Moving on from puppy food to adult food. Stock issues with stressed me out because this is the best food for Benny and I didn't want him switching foods because he had suuuuch a bad gut when I adopted him. Have managed to get a 20kg bag but it doesn't last long as this beast eats about double the recommended amount.
I feed him a combination of this (for cost, convenience and the peace of mind knowing its balanced) and raw/homemade meals.

You know who you are; loving pet parents that want the best for their pets and choose to feed MfM, dedicated and hard-working retailers that have supported MfM, passionate industry colleagues that have helped spread the word for MfM…

We are very much still in business.

Thank you for supporting us, believing in us and lending a helping hand through our journey with the best super-premium, natural, Aussie-made pet food that has delivered happiness and nutrition via millions of meals to our beloved pets.

The demand for MfM continues to outpace production with much greater than anticipated orders for stock

Unfortunately, we are going through a tough time trying to catch up and ask for your patience and support to get us through this. The disruption with our manufacturing is all but over now and food has been flowing through to our distribution and supply partners however it is in limited quantities for the moment, but growing each week. We are working on increasing manufacturing as hard and fast as we can, to get stock made and to you as soon as possible.

As you know, we are a small business owned by families like you and remain committed to the quality, taste and nutrition benefits that you and your pets have come to expect from MfM. Any rumours you may hear about us being no longer available, are false.

We sincerely apologise for this disruption and sincerely thank you for your loyalty and understanding through this difficult time.

Hi!

Just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how thankful we are to have found your product. We have a very gorgeous, but very sensitive 3 year old rescue Bull Arab x Dane, Banjo. He had a rough start to life, and his malnutrition for his for first year + has left him with some ongoing reactive issues to some food. All grains, and anything more than a dash of chicken, or red meats too. We definitely need fish and veggie based, and luckily he’s a great eater, not fussy at all. Loves fresh fruit and veggies, obsessed with banana!

We’ve spent a fortune trying all the grain free foods, supplements, vet bills etc. Each new food has had some great positives, but always with a side effect of some sort - still a slight reaction, constipation, difficulty finding in stock, terrifyingly expensive etc. Your grain free gluten free salmon and sardine is the first one that has negated all of these! No skin issues, no gut issues, available and the most reasonably priced we’ve found so far. I held my breath changing foods again, but it’s been a month and not a single negative thing to say. I just purchased our second 20kg bag today, vey happily!

So thank you for your product. I’ve been sharing our positive experience with anytime that will listen, and will continue to do so. Banjo is a much loved member of our family, and we’ve spent a lot and learned a lot along the way to get him in the best possible condition. He’s happy, healthy, and will know nothing but love for the rest of his hopefully long life. Now we have the perfect food for him, it’s even better!
