Making popcorn at home is super easy, and the kids love to watch the popping 🤩
🍿 choose a large saucepan with a lid!
🍿 add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil as the saucepan heats up
🍿 add 1/2 cup of popping corn
🍿 occasionally shake the saucepan as the popping is happening
🍿 enjoy!
We add a bit of salt just before eating the popcorn. Taylor likes to add some icing sugar as well.
Easy snack for movie night or to add to lunch boxes 👏

Another week, another garden green afternoon snack for the chooks. This time it is rainbow chard leaves that are wind damaged and not in good enough shape to be sold at the @barossafarmersmarket. Luckily, the chooks are not fussy and rushed to come and see what was headed their way!

Some corporate gifting orders getting packed 🎁 this is our medium gift pack with extra virgin olive oil, dukkah and some boysenberry jam. Yummo!
We're loving our new season oils (harvested this winter).
This extra virgin olive oil was hand-picked by our family on 26 July 2023 from our Correggiola variety block. Only 220 bottles were made.
This single varietal olive oil has a fruity aroma with medium flavour and a slight peppery finish. You can use it on pasta and for cooking on the bbq, for salad dressings, roasting or simply enjoying with bread and Tathra Homestead dukkah.
Cheers,
The Darmody family
