Gee it has been quite a long time since I last posted on this page. When COVID hit I had to cease operations as it was not safe for me to enter people’s homes, I did continue to care for the dogs I had been treating, some of them for years but it was under very strict and controlled circumstances. Going forward I have decided to persue looking at maybe setting up at either a grooming salon, vets or pet shop once or twice a week. This way I can still do what I love to do and keep everyone safe in the process. 2023 will mark 10 years since I started on this journey and I am hoping to find a way to celebrate it (suggestions most welcome). I do like to give back to the community so I’m thinking of offering free massages to shelter dogs to celebrate. So anyway a lot to look forward to and if you are or know a groomer who would be interested in collaborating with me please let me know. Picture of my 2 boys enjoying the sun.

This one is made using eyeshadow for the trunk and mica for the leaves on a white background. I’ve then embellished the trunk and sealed it.

I have just received the most awful news of the passing of my longest serving customer little Demon. He passed away this morning very unexpectedly. He did have a heart murmur but it was under control. He was 11 years old. I have been regularly massaging him since 2014, sometimes it was easy, him falling asleep on my lap but now and then he would be distracted at the very sight of his tennis ball, I really had to work hard those days. He was a character, very friendly to dogs and humans alike. His Mum took him everywhere with her and he had regular stays at his grand Mums place. The latest lockdown meant that his massages had to stop for a while between July and November his last massage was before Xmas and he was his usual calm self in fact he sat with us and went to sleep. He will be greatly missed by many many people including me. RIP little Demon and huge hugs to his Mum Cindy, Grandmum Wenda and brother Masterchief.

I’ve been doing some creating in my spare time and this is the latest item I’ve made. I intend to do more of these in different colours and hopefully sell them if anyone takes an interest in them.

Been awhile since I last posted. Much has happened here since March. We are being evicted from our home of 9 years, the owner passed away and the estate wants to sell. So over the last month we have been packing up and looking for a new house. We are also in a lockdown due to COVID, 10 weeks now and curfew at night which has not helped in the search. Once we have moved production can commence again and we will have a lot of new products available once again.

Something I was not aware of has been brought to my attention. With all the wet weather we have been experiencing it won’t be long before we see a multitude of mushrooms popping up. Please remove them as soon as you see them as there are quite a few that are dangerous to dogs. Personally I would treat every one the same and remove them as soon as I see them. This list is helpful in identifying them.
