During the week the NT Aquaculture Industry, Aquaculture Researchers and associated Academics and Funding agencies had a meeting to look at better ways to help NT Aquaculture grow through research. It was sort of a mini convention, there were 70 participants. Aquagreen (Dave Wilson) presented a brief overview of freshwater ornamental aquaculture. Sophie Dyer from Monsoons did the same for marine coral aquaculture. Other local researchers gave presentations on developing new aquaculture for the NT.

Our shrimp population have been getting a bit Carid away with the whole breeding thing. So we have ample stock available! Here’s some Darwin Algae Shrimp, and Darwin Red Nose Shrimp being good little cleaners.
