CARPET PYTHON SNOOZING INSIDE ๐ง๏ธ๐ด๐ I was called out to a home in Eumundi to relocate this beautiful big Carpet python from inside her bedroom to somewhere else on their property (they wanted her to stay on the property which I absolutely love). They always keep door closed but forgot and with the rain coming the snake moved from the balcony to inside. Cheeky snakey! Enjoy everyone and enjoy the cooler weather while it lasts ๐

Red belly in stable ๐๐ I was called out to a home in Lake McDonald today to relocate this chunky but not too big Highly venomous Red bellied black snake from around her stable area. Red bellies are pretty shy snakes and as you can see this fella was keen to get into the bag ๐ฅฐ enjoy

This is what snakes mating looks like ๐โค๏ธ๐ Well breeding season is in full swing and the boys are out finding the girls. I was called out to a property in Cooran to relocate these 2 mildly venomous Yellow faced whip snakes. They are mating, mating will be like this. Heads on the ground, in a quiet out of the way spot. Theyโre laying next to each other. Fighting the boys wrap around each other, heads off the ground trying to push the other male down to be dominate and they fight anywhere they donโt care whatโs around. 2 very distinct looking things. Once they went to go back under the slab I gently scooped them up. Went like clockwork ๐๐enjoy folks and keep an eye out.

3 Carpet pythons ๐๐๐ I relocated these 3 non venomous Carpet pythons from a roof in Tinbeerwah. 2 males and a female. The winning male and female were curled up together and the losing male had taken off to the other side of the roof. No wonder the residents were hearing things in the roof! ๐ซฃ๐ enjoy ๐

Love is in the air ๐โค๏ธ๐ Itโs breeding season atm and the boys are out looking for the girls. These 2 Carpet pythons were spooning under a bit of insulation in a roof in Tinbeerwah. They will lay together, mate and rest together like this for days. Then heโll leave and she will become gravid (pregnant) and stop ovulating then the boys stop trying to find her. Enjoy everyone theres lots happening in the snake world ๐๐

Catching a Red belly and a Carpet python at the same time. Well one after the other ๐ซฃ๐๐I was called out to a facility in Noosa Heads the other day to relocate a highly venomous Red bellied black snake out the front of the office as well a Carpet python sitting just above it. Both enjoying the sun and not caring about each other, they probably werenโt aware of each other but it goes to show snakes can and do coexist with each other. This is my second double catch like this in 6 months Iโm so lucky!
Enjoy everyone ๐

MESSY PYTHON ๐ซฃ๐ It is steaming hot and the snakes are finding cool places to stay out of the sun. This non venomous Carpet python had come into a home in Noosaville last night to cool down but had accidentally been knocking the glasses off the shelf and made a big mess. Very messy indeed cheeky snakey!

Beautiful big Carpet python ๐ Well folks itโs a bit warm! Very hot for August and our snakey mates need spots to stay cool during the day. Snakes will often sleep in a cool spot like this for the hottest part of the day and then as it cools down start moving again. Snakes can absolutely overheat and die. This bit fella had found a great spot but maybe a bit close to pets and cars ๐ enjoy ๐

RED BELLY DEFENCE โค๏ธ๐ I was releasing this beautiful Red belly from a callout in Noosa Heads yesterday and as you can see he was not too pleased with me getting close! This is because it felt threatened and in the open, I was too close to it. Red bellyโs flatten their necks out like cobras do when theyโre warning you to stay away. Absolutely incredible to see. Remember you give the snake space and sit back itโll back off as well as you can see here. Enjoy folks ๐

Carpet python telling me to back off! This beautiful Carpet python I relocated from a home in Coolum beach late last night. Sometimes when snakes are in the open, cornered, chased or attacked they will stand their ground to defend themselves. They of course prefer to run away most of the time but when thereโs no other option they will. Enjoy everyone ๐๐ฅ
