Saving Animals Matters is a self-funded, not-for-profit rescue charity based in Western Australia. We strive to provide a second

chance for animals who find themselves in the situation of being surrendered, homeless, neglected or abused. Our rescue charity operates by utilising a foster care system, meaning each animal enjoys a loving, stable family environment until they find their forever home. This foster process allows us to get to know every animal in our care, their unique personality, background, as well as their individual physical and emotional needs. Here at Saving Animals Matters, we pride ourselves on matching each individual animal to the most suitable and compatible home. It is through this thorough process that we can give both the rescued animals and their new human companions the best chance at a happy and fulfilling life together. We are fortunate enough to have the support of dedicated volunteers, however are always seeking new members to join our friendly team. Fostering is both a generous and rewarding experience and we appreciate each one of our carers. Named after one of Australia's greatest racehorses, Winx was always destined to be a champion. This confident young lady lives life at full speed, bursting from one adventure to the next with boundless enthusiasm and a playful sparkle in her eye.

Whether she's racing her siblings around the house, chasing toys with lightning-fast reflexes, or investigating every nook and cranny, Winx approaches everything with the determination and spirit of a true winner. Every hallway becomes a racetrack, every play session a grand final, and she's usually leading the pack.

But behind all that speed and excitement is a sweet, affectionate kitten who knows exactly when it's time to enjoy the winner's circle. Once she's burnt off her endless energy, Winx is more than happy to curl up beside her humans for cuddles, purrs, and a well-earned nap.

💗 FREE STERILISATION OF MOTHER CATS- PLEASE READ BELOW 💗

We understand that times can be challenging, and not everyone is in a financial position to have their pet sterIlised,but we’re here to help.

At Saving Animals Matters, we offer support for unplanned litters by assisting with the rehoming of puppies or kittens. When a litter is surrendered, we provide FREE desexing for the mother to help prevent future unplanned pregnancies.

Every animal in our care is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea-treated, wormed, and vet-checked before being adopted into their forever home. The mother’s free sterilisation procedure is performed by one of our participating veterinarians.

As a foster care–based rescue, all of our animals live in loving family homes rather than a shelter facility.

The above is only valid if:

💗 Free desexing of female dogs and cats if they currently have /or are about to have a litter.
💗All puppies/kittens within the litter must be surrendered to the rescue to be eligible.

🌿🌿 FERN 🌿🌿

Fern may seem a little delicate at first, but given the right environment, she'll flourish into something truly beautiful. This gorgeous young lady has a luxuriously soft chocolate coat sprinkled with peach flecks- an absolutely stunning combination that's every bit as beautiful as her gentle nature.

Since arriving into foster care, Fern has blossomed thanks to the patience, love, and care of her foster mum. Once a timid little kitten, she now adores pats, melts into snuggles, purrs with delight, and will even seek out her favourite humans for affectionate head boops when she's hoping for a little extra attention.

While Fern has come an incredibly long way, she can still be a little cautious when meeting new people. She simply needs a little time to settle in and discover that she's safe. Once she does, the transformation is remarkable.
