We are breeding pure bred Border Collies which are raised in a loving home environment inside our house not in a kennel environment.

You can trace our pedigree line back through 9 generations - all of which have been free of health issues. Neither my mother or I breed large numbers of litters but rather we aim to breed pups that can participate in any of the canine sports as well as be well adjusted members of the family for hopefully 14-15 years. We take as much care as possible to ensure that our puppies have been well social

ised with people, including children as well as with other dogs. Under the Borderiver prefix Marion has bred a line with strong Tricolour genes, as they are her favourite, yet not a well known colour. She also has Red and Chocolate in her lines. Although she breeds coloured lines, working ability and temperament are of utmost importance. Under the BreezeAcres Prefix Tandy will be breeding chocolates, reds and tri's with her Border Collies and Sables and Tri's with her Shetland Sheepdogs however once again temperament, and working ability are her main focus, not colour. In accordance with modern trends we DNA test our dogs to preclude any chance of puppies being affected by hereditary diseases.

EDIT: This gorgeous boy has found his new home. Near the beach and with a 3 month old female BC friend.

This gorgeous boy has been returned to me... he will spend a few days decompressing and relaxing whilst I get to know him again and then he will be on the hunt for his new forever home. He is almost 7 months old. If you are interested or know anyone who might be interested please get in touch. He will be looking for his forever home with an owner that is experienced with working breeds and who will help him learn boundaries. He will not be travelling interstate. Preference will be given to an active sporting home.

When checking for ticks make sure you check everywhere.

Ticks are out in force - I currently know of two clients whose dogs are being treated with antivenom. Please be vigilance, check your dog's every day, make sure your tick treatments are up to date and if your dog shows even the smallest sign of being unwell (off their food, change in bark, difficulty breathing, trouble walking) get them checked immediately.

AMAZING NEWS - I HAVE A NEW FAMILY THAT HAS 6 KIDS!!! I CAN'T WAIT TO MEET THEM.

My mum calls me "BRAVE", apparently I have a long name too but BRAVE will do. I am the last puppy from my mums final litter that is still needing to find my forever home.
Mum said to tell you that I am an absolutely gorgeous little boy (and her favourite :-) ). I love nothing more than to snuggle up for cuddles, I am amazing with kids, and think I am pretty bomb proof with strange household noises thanks to all the socialising I have received. Mum says it's time to leave home so my bags are packed but I am not sure which direction to go? Could you help me have some more adventures? If you are interested please send me a message.

Unfortunately I have made the tough decision that this current litter will be my last for at least 18 months if not permanently. My health is declining and I have several surgeries ahead of me as well.

Marion has also made the decision that she will no longer be breeding under her Borderiver Prefix as well.

Unfortunately the puppy market is completely saturated with huge numbers of backyard breeders selling dogs for ridiculously cheap prices which makes it really hard for ANKC breeders who have done all the genetic testing, hip and elbow scoring, hours of sleepless nights to sell their dogs. Not everyone understands that by buying a cheap dog you don't know what you are getting and that by paying a bit more you can have a healthy pup with no hidden genetic problems and a breeder who will offer you lifetime support.

I have 2 boys available from this last litter and if a family that already has a Breezeacres or Borderiver pup is interested in them I am happy to discuss price - please get in touch asap.

EDIT: Another boy is now sold and heading to Adelaide. So down to 2 boys needing to start new adventures

We now have 3 boys are still looking for their forever home. They are almost 10 weeks old and their bags are packed and they are ready to start their new adventures.

EDIT- UNFORTUNATELY THROUGH NO FAULT OF HER OWN OVERNIGHT THE SAME OF ONE OF THE GIRLS HAD FALLEN THROUGH. HONOUR IS NOW AVAILABLE ONCE AGAIN

Yay, all the girls have found amazing homes. Now it is time for the boys to pack their bags and head off on their new adventures.
