Hello there!
My name is Orion, and I’m a soft and gentle cat with a heart full of love.
I tend to be a little shy at first, so if you see me hanging back or peeking from behind the curtains, don’t worry—I just need a little time to warm up to new faces. Once I feel comfortable, though, I’m the most affectionate companion you could ask for.
I love curling up on soft blankets and receiving gentle pats (especially behind my ears!). I may take my time coming out of my shell, but once I do, you’ll have a loyal friend for life.

After much discussion we have named our Virginia angel Adeline 😻
She has needed a feeding tube placed to ensure she is getting enough nutrients, she just couldn't eat enough. But every day she gets slightly brighter and brighter.
Today she was taken off her fluids, her feeding tube was removed, and she started eating on her own! She also meowed at the nurses at the vet clinic. So we are taking this as a great sign and hope to see more improvements over the coming days.

Lady Hazel is young at heart
It’s difficult to get a good photo of Hazel because she’s always moving and there’s a strong chance she’ll go up to headbutt/kiss the camera. That pretty much sums Hazel up!
Despite her years, she’s very active and cheeky - always running by around and climbing things. Her favourite thing to run up to and climb is her people - she’s incredibly confident and full of love.
Hazel is the perfect cat for someone who wants both a cuddly companion and a sense of entertainment!

Beautiful Miss Violet is a very special foster ❤️
Violet came into care after being surrendered by her owners who were moving. She was completely shut down and heart broken when she first arrived, so much so she would tuck herself away in her strawberry bed and barely leave it.
After lots and lots of love and weeks in foster care she’s began to come out of her shell. She still has her safe comfort area, which is in the bedroom and doesn’t explore the rest of the house much during the day. During the night she finds the confidence to run around the house and explore, it’s really cute listening to her play. She will sometimes play with us at night too when she feels up to it.
She loves to snuggle and loveessss belly rubs. She currently sleeps in between her two foster carers and has a lot to say if there isn’t enough room for her. She also has a lot to say if you stop patting her and she wants more pats! Her favourite activity is to give her humans love bites so they know she loves the attention she is receiving.
She really is a special girl who just wants to be loved and feel safe. She would be best suited to a home that is willing to give her space and time to adjust, not push her and accept her for all her little quirks!
She is suitable to a quiet, calm household with no dogs or young children. She hasn’t been tested with other cats but potentially might be okay in a house with another cat that will give her space.

Raven is the sister to two beautiful fluffy ginger brothers. All three were the funniest little babies, but we love seeing their personalities grow and shine as they get older.
Raven has turned into a real little cat dog and we love watching the videos of her play with her family.

MINX UPDATE
Thanks to everyone who donated Minx was able to have her tail amputated ❤️ the infection went deeper than expected so we are keeping everything crossed that the surgery and antibiotics get on top of this. If the wound breaks down and we need to remove the last vertebrae in her tail then there’s a chance she could become incontinent 😭
So please keep little Minx in your thoughts for her recovery period and hopefully her recheck in a week gives us some good news!!
This homeless mother is nesting, getting ready to welcome her babies into the world. She is now in foster care where she will have her babies safely, and not under her feeders house.

After being in care for a month, Mimi has finally relaxed and let her foster carer know who is the boss in the office. Mimi has been placing biscuit orders in all week! She might be shy to start, but now she is relaxed, she can’t get enough of making biscuits on her foster carer.
When people ask us, how can you foster? Doesn’t it break your heart? Yes, but it’s moments like this when your foster feels safe and opens their heart to you, that you know you are making a difference.

My name is Mimi. I’ve had a bit of a rough time lately - I was surrendered by my previous owner and found myself looking for a forever home. A lovely lady has been looking after me since, making sure I feel warm and loved.
A little about me: I am approximately 2 years old, but a very small girl (I’m about the size of my 7 month old foster brother).
I absolutely loveeeeeeeeee pats, chin scratches and booty rubs. I get a bit nervous when people pick me up but maybe with time I’ll relax. I am such a quiet girl, I’m happy just to chill and hang out with you. I’ve not met a dog or kids but I am very shy so not sure I would enjoy them.
I have met some cats and I hissed at first but now I just want to hang out with them. A slow introduction with some older kitties might would suit me well.
But most of all, I just want a family to love me for the rest of my life. I have so much to give, despite my recent bad luck, and am so excited to have new friends to call my own.

On Thursday evening we welcomed this beautiful mum and her two surviving kittens into the rescue.
She had been left in a box at the back entrance of a vet clinic with her 5 babies - newborns barely looking to be a day old. The clinic staff found her and her babies in the morning and brought the family inside. Sadly, 2 of her babies had died overnight, likely due to the cold and exposure from being protected by nothing more than their mother’s body warmth. Sadly a 3rd baby passed away shortly after the clinic staff set her up and made her comfortable.
She’s now warm, loved and caring for her 2 tiny surviving babies. They are now 4 days old and weigh as much as newborns. We are hopeful that now, in a calm and warm environment, she will be able to care for her babies in the safely of her foster home.
We hope the CCTV at the clinic has caught your number plate and your face. This kind of suffering needs to stop.
