💔The heartbreaking part of rescue 💔

The last two weeks little Manuel has been fighting so hard. His amazing foster mum Lucy and family have been providing care around the clock. Countless vet visits and treatment. We thought he had turned a corner after some treatment and round the clock care however he went downhill, bounced back to eating on his own and then this morning showed his carer he was struggling again and rushed to the vets. Manuel took his last breaths in the arms of his dedicated foster mum and left this world. Manuel also left a big hole in the hearts of his foster mum, family and the vets and vet nurses who have cared for him.

He arrived as the smallest of the litter, he won our hearts and then got sick. He fought so hard and we fought too with everything we could. He fell asleep forever on me early this morning. Snuggled up, warm. Rest in peace little man. Your life was short but special and you were so very loved xx
