🌿🌟 Packaging update 🌟🌿

We are away on a short break but wanted to share this update with you. 😊

We are always striving to improve our products and reduce our environmental footprint by designing products that last several years not weeks and offering genuine parts for those smaller easy to misplace components, so if you lose a grab handle strap for example, you don’t need to purchase a whole new Hammock to get back on the road.

That's why we are delighted to announce that we have updated the packaging for our Latch Restraints and Headrest Conversion Belt. 🌱

We have completely removed all plastic from the packaging on these items, making it 100% recyclable. ♻️ Designing packaging that is eco-friendly, able to secure steel hardware and also robust enough to reduce the likelihood of damage during transit can be challenging however we believe these efforts are worth it.

Thank you for supporting us on this journey! We believe that every action, no matter how small, is a positive one and will hopefully make a difference. 🌏

P.S. We are of course also always on the lookout for a suitable biodegradable alternative to our mailer bags that are both available in the size we need and just as protective. Hopefully, as the shelf life of some fantastic developments in this space improves, we will be able to make the switch.

Setup the hammock in our new Landcruiser, was quite easy to organise, and clip in. Fits perfectly. We had previously made up a foam block to sit between the rear seats and the front seats on the floor to make the seating area larger for our 2 fur babies. We love the fact that you can enclose the hammock on each end to prevent your animal from getting out unexpectedly, when you open the door, and that when undone it also acts as an anti scratch barrier against the vehicle.

After 4 years of heavy duty daily use, I’ve just had to purchase a new hammock and decided to get the passenger seat cover too. Probably will need to replace the bootliner at some point.

Purchased a Large for my new Hyundai Tucson and paired with the matching latch restraint belts for my two dogs. Fits nicely and provides excellent cover up the sides as well as over the bumper with fold out section. Extra clips for headrest make it simple to sit and very secure. Definitely recommend if you want to protect your car interior while giving your doggos somewhere comfortable to sit.

✨ New storage/travel bag design - we've swapped the handles for an adjustable shoulder strap making it hands-free and easy to secure while travelling by simply slipping this strap over any headrest. A very plush ride and perfect size for my little staffy. Ruby would get anxious and car sick every journey, the hammock not only keeps her feeling secure, it stops access to the rest of the car. Easy to install and getting in and out is easy with the zip down sides. She was snoring by the time I reached the roundabout 200m from my house which is a first. Would recommend.

📣 Unlocking the Mystery: Unveiling the special feature of our Deluxe Hammock Beds! 🛏️✨

Remember when we hinted at the almost magical quality of our upcoming pet beds? Well, the wait is over! Today, we are beyond excited to finally reveal their extraordinary mystery feature! 🐾😮

We believe that every dog, regardless of age and ability, deserves to experience the utmost softness and comfort. That's why we've integrated an innovative element into these exceptional beds – a combination of convenience, practicality, and pure luxury.

A bolstered bed in the rear seat would usually mean your dog has to jump much higher than bench level to get over the bolstered side wall and onto the seat but this could put added pressure on joints and increase the risk of injury.

With our innovative design element, the side bolsters are connected to the side walls of the Deluxe Hammock (companion product) and seamlessly drop down in conjunction with these walls, creating a lowered entrance. When the Hammock sides are reattached the bolster simply falls back into place. This ensures dogs of all ages, can effortlessly enter and exit this plush bed without any unnecessary exertion. 🙌

However, we didn't stop there! We understand that dogs can sometimes be prone to scratching surfaces, so we've taken proactive measures to protect the bed. When the side wall drops down, it automatically unfolds to reveal a scratch-proof fabric on the underside, safeguarding the bed against any unintentional scratches from excited paws. Peace of mind and pure comfort all in one package!
