Sandy is home from Tasmania, where he was lovingly cared for by Jane Gregor and Cordelia for a few months.
This photo is from the Winter International, but yesterday he won Best Minor Puppy in Show at the SA Gundog Speciality under Judge Emma Parker.

Meantime, Nutella and Andrew are in sunny Queensland for a while.

Last weekend was a busy time with the Winter International shows held over 4 days.
We had visitors from Tasmania and had a lot of fun with Jane, Cordelia and Sandy..and
Marlene and Stitches, who joined us for 2 days in our marquee, along with our other marquee buddies. 😊
Our beautiful girl Boomer...Ch Dizzyki TA Garde Tangerine, with her devoted owner Tricia. Taken only a few weeks ago at her 13 th birthday party.
We were deeply saddened to hear on Fri from Tricia that her time had come.💔
Boomer was loved by all who knew her, but especially by Tricia and her family, who gave her the most wonderful life we could have wished for.
We are forever grateful for that and for the friendship formed between us.
Boo loved her visits back to see us and never forgot us. She produced 2 beautiful litters for us and we still have her gorgeous head and expression in several of her progeny and grand progeny.
May dear Boo rest in peace.💔💖💖

We said goodbye to this little man early this morning. He has started a long journey to Chicago and is taking it all in his stride.

Also in our news this week is Dizzyki MC Clorinda..from Cheddar x Mati..Freya, owned by Peta Thiel. Freya joined Peta's show team and went to Sydney Royal Easter Show , where she won Baby Puppy of the Day on breed day and competed in the Best in Show ring yesterday at one of Australia's biggest shows of the year.
A small breed entry of 6, but we were thrilled to be represented by 2 Dizzyki Curlies.
Jodie Gathercole was there with her lovely boy Teller...Ch Dizzyki YG William Tell, ...from Yoko x Garder...who won his class and reserve dog CC.
Very proud that they both enjoyed themselves in the ring and performed beautifully.
Here is Kali, owned and loved by Caroline, on her 6th birthday last week.
Belated Birthday wishes to Kali, her brother Herbie and the others in the Django x Yoko litter.
Brumby and Stitches had another busy weekend of shows. No big ribbons, and Stitches threw a couple of tantrums in the ring, but the judges were so patient and helpful.
They both had fun, and we had some visitors.
On Sat , Kali and Caroline came and had a play with Stitches and Marlene.
Romeo came on Sunday with Rob and Rita .
Brumby was in danger of being whisked off.!

I ventured out to some dogs shows last weekend, for the first time since September .
As I only went to 3 shows in 2023, I was a bit worried and very out of practice.
Marlene brought her new baby Stitches, and I had her brother Brumby. From Gobi and Weaver.
Both puppies loved it and showed really well, loving everyone they met.
We had a great weekend, no big ribbons this time, but it was enjoyable.
We might go back !!

The puppies had a few visitors over weekend.
These are Gobi x Weaver boys, 2 left in this litter, enjoying some special time with James and Toni.
2 gorgeous babies, chilling out after lunch.

We said goodbye to a few puppies this morning. 3 from Mati's litter and one from Gobi's.
2 others of Gobi's have also gone.
A busy time!! Whew!

Gobi's puppies had visitors today. Evie is jealously watching her " big sister" giving them lots of attention.
