Yesterday at work (Petstock, that is), Miss Ivy met the boss’ kitten! No cats here at HQ, so she was most interested! So sweet and gentle though, trying to lick his little face 🥰

Miss Geisha the brindle poodle after a much needed groom. She managed to find some sticks and grass seeds to roll in to make my job a little more challenging (she’s not a fan of being groomed, you see…), but we got through it together and I think she looks sweet with a teddy bear face 🥰
Would love to have left more on her legs and feet, but she LOVES mud and I just couldn’t see the point 🤣😅

I’m finally opening my new grooming salon!! It’s been a while since I actually groomed for a living, but I’ve been doing jobs for my friends and family, and of course, keeping up with my own crew here at HQ. Frozen treats for the crew today! Another hot, windy day so nothing like a bit of freezer food to cool the core. Prime100 slow cooked food in the tetra packs is easy to get into the moulds, licky mats and, whilst offering a large range of flavours to give the kids some variety. Today we have salmon and tapioca, and duck and sweet potato. Happy (and cool) puppies 🥰🐶
For the record, I’m not at al affiliated with Prime100, but the dogs like their food 😁

Sun’s out, tongue’s out! It’s a hottie here at HQ today, so we’ve got some frozen licky mats and frozen stuffed cow toes happening. A tasty way to cool down while keeping everyone entertained (without burning any energy!).

Summer clip for Miss Aurelia today! Not using my own gear and had a few issues with equipment, but regardless, she still came up a treat 😊 some exciting news, I’ll be opening my own grooming salon here at HQ called Dooz For Dogz! Catering for small to medium sized breeds, doing washes, puppy clips, breed specific clips, hand stripping and double coat deshedding. The official opening date will be posted soon!

Miss Ivy in her tartan dress after our team meeting at work last night. She found the meeting content a tad uninteresting, but the hot chips were good (not too many!!) and she sat on just about every lap in the room, plus had a couple of yummy beef jerky straps (much more appropriate!). Here she is supervising the crew while we all put out sale tickets before we all went home 🥰

First clip for Miss Aurora (known to her friends here at HQ as Rory). Although a little anxious on the grooming table, she did very well and came up a treat. Short across the body and left long on the legs, my favourite style, and I think it really suits her. She looks like Ivy’s twin! I can see some photo opportunities coming up for those two!! 😍
