I know it seems a long way away. But Christmas will be upon us before we know it.

This year Grubby Hounds will be closing over the festive season for some much needed R&R
I'll be closed from December 22nd 2024 and back on the road for Jan 2nd 2025.

I wanted to give my clients plenty of notice, so that if required they can make arrangements/bookings well in advance. My books are open for bookings, but I know they'll fill up fast!

As of the 1st January 2023 Grubby Hounds will be having a slight price increase to services.

The main increase will be due to sizing of dogs. I have created a weight based guidline to help make it clearer for everyone.

Please make sure you check the prices that correspond with your pets weight and regular service.

**PLEASE NOTE** there is now additional charges for severe matting, a**l gland expression and behaviour issues.

If you have an questions regarding your specific pets needs, please don't hesitate to reach out and ask 😊🐾

Unfortunatly due to a high number of cancellations recently. I have had to make the decision to formally implement a cancellation policy.

From today I will require 48hrs notice for all cancellations or changes to appointments to avoid paying for the cancelled service in full. Payment will be required prior to any future appointments being made.

I will also be adding an additional reminder for cleints 1 week prior to booked appointments.
** NOTE ** This will only be for bookings older than 4 weeks.

Due to the high demand on appointments. I am no longer able to hold appointments for clients. Please make sure you confirm appointments either verbally or via message as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

I'd like to thank all my clients for their continued support as my business grows. The trust you have in me to look after your dogs grooming needs is very much appreciated 😊🐾

As of the 1st of January Grubby Hounds will be standardising all prices and services now that I am running the buisness full time.

I am dedicated to bringing my high standard of care and personalised service to make your furbabies feel safe and smell fresh and clean.

I value all my wonderful clients that have supported me as I've grown my business. You have all been so wonderful in trusting me with your lovable dogs and given me so much confidence I can not thank you all enough.

I know for some of you, this means a price increase to what you know. Please reach out to me if the price is not affordable and I will do my best to accommodate where I can.

Happy hoodies help calm dogs that are versus of the dryer and it's loud noise. Not all dogs like to wear them and that's OK too. What ever makes them more comfortable with the grooming process
