💚 Making dogs look 😍 on the WA Coast Topiary Dog provide a calming one on one experience for your dog.

Each appointment starts with a full consultation to discuss your needs and how we'll go about making your dog look and feel fabulous. Leah started out grooming in Melbourne and moved to WA in 2016 with Husband, baby and 2 dogs in tow to raise her family close to the spectacular beaches.

As many of your already know there are big changes coming to Topiary Dog in 2025. First off the rank is a move from Warnbro to Safety Bay, all appointments from the new year will be at our new address, 16 Jaywick Close, Safety Bay.

We are super excited for this move, closer the beach and bordering the shady Gum Tree Reserve which is an off lead park. Perfect for before and after groom zoomies.

With the move also comes a price increase. I have kept my prices reasonably low for as long as possible while everything goes up around us and unfortunately I'm no longer able to absorb these increases. There will be a $5 to $10 increase on all services from January 2025.

Lastly there will be some changes to our terms and conditions to fit the new location. A link will be messaged a few days before your appointment so you can have a read and sign them off.

Lastly lastly, I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and New Year, I know I haven't been particularly festive this year with everything going on but I can't wait to see you all in the New Year and get cracking on building a brand new Salon! 🎄🎅🎄

Saturday this weekend was spent grooming Poodles at the annual Groomwest Spring Fest competition!

We placed 🥇1st in Salon Freestyle Open with Roberto the little apricot poodle and 🥈2nd in Poodle Open with Mister Darcy 🎉

Big thankyou to the organisers , the judges Sally Baxter and Chuckie Lund and the sponsors for the lovely prizes ☺️

A special thankyou to my wonderful customers who loaned me their beloved canine family members for the day and taking such good care of their coats at home in the lead up to the competition, I couldn't do it without your support 💚💚💚

Did a 3 hour hand strip on Timmy today, getting him ready to get back into the show ring after a hiatus while mum was enjoying the cruise life 🛳️ 😎 even managed to make another Timmy with all the hair we got off him 😆

Willow and I went to Sydney!
This weekend was the 2024 Cocker Spaniel National Show under UK cocker specialist and groomer extraordinaire Mike Wildman.
Unfortunately Willow didn't get any awards, she was entered in a extremely tough class with 16 other girls, many from Australia's tippy top breeders.
It was an absolute privilege to be there surrounded by 170+ cocker spaniels and meeting lots of like minded spaniel devotees. Willow handed the travelling and the show like a champ although wasn't too keen on those foggy Sydney mornings 😆
Special thanks goes out to all the people that welcomed us, a little cocker from the West and her owner with open arms 🥰

I had the privilege of prepping and showing a friend's new baby Field Spaniel on the weekend and she went on to win Baby Puppy in Show! 🏆
