The doggies are living their best lives in the dam, with a day filled with Flirt Pole🎣, leaps, splashing💦and general aquatic mayhem. Charlie’s diving skills are still a bit of a work in progress, but he’s already mastered the art of the bellyflop. Dexter’s catching skills are top-notch, because when you’re having this much fun, who needs to swim laps? Jessie’s got fomo, swimming in more often and even braving the waters enough to swim across, because sometimes you just have to take a deep breath and go for it.

We spent the day indoors, enjoying each other’s company at home, as the weather 🌧️ outside was absolutely miserable, but we were kept thoroughly entertained by Doug and Sebbys hilarious antics, their energy was infectious, Louis sadly had to leave this afternoon, he had a truly awesome stay with us, and we will miss him, Charley is still enjoying his retreat stay, along with Ziggy, and we’re hoping that tomorrow will bring better weather, so we can all go up to the paddock for a fun run.

Charley, Bindi, Bridget, Biscuit, Poppy, Charlie, Frankie, and our newest addition, Beau Beautiful Toy Poodle, who is enjoying his first day with us.
A severe storm is still in the vicinity, causing disruptions.
We managed a brief walk and bike ride before deciding to cancel the remainder of the day due to strong winds and heavy rain, which were unsuitable for the small dogs.
We retreated to the van and headed back home for a warm blow-dry and indoor activities.
I had an idea and contacted the dog owners, requesting permission to keep the dogs overnight, with the plan for them to attend daycare tomorrow. As a result, we have Poppy, Charlie, Frankie, Bindi, Biscuit, Bridget, Charley, Louis, and Ziggy staying with us tonight.
