ave my own public liability insurance, ABN, National Police Check and Working with Children Check. I’m a passionate animal lover - especially cats! I consider myself a bit of a cat whisperer! My family rescued and fostered cats and dogs for the RSPCA. I work closely with my local cat rescue organisation, offering emergency animal transport and fundraising assistance. I am experienced with many animals, including farm animals. I prefer working with cats, smaller/lower drive dogs, rabbits, rodents, birds (incl. chickens), ferrets, guinea pigs and fish (non exotic). I offer year-round home visiting service, individual/group on leash dog walks and dog park excursions (for suitable dogs). Taking care of pets’ in the comfort of their home means I can cater to individual needs. I prefer this method of care, as it often reduces stress on the animal - I believe routine is very important! I’m happy to work with furry friends with special requirements, medication, disability and separation anxiety. You’re welcome to contact me for a complementary consultation, regarding your animals specific requirements. Pets’ receive the very best personalised care, love and attention while you are away. I am more than happy to recommend local trainers or animal behaviouralists, should you require one. Mild temperament issues should be discussed with me on contact. While formal obedience training is preferable, it isn’t a requirement to book my services. Shower your pets with love and treats today - it's Valentine's Day!

New Year’s Eve might be an exciting time for us humans, but it’s important to remember that these celebrations can be scary for our pets! 🙀 With fireworks displays happening in many places around the country this December 31st, our top tips will help you keep your pets as safe and happy as possible. 👇

🪟 Keep your pets inside where possible, with windows and blinds closed to reduce noise.

🏡 If your pets are usually kept outdoors, make sure that your backyard is secure. Don't leave your pet tethered as they may try to pull and choke themselves if excited or spooked.

🥎 Stay calm and have games and toys on hand as a distraction!

🦮 Take your dog for a reasonably long walk before the fireworks begin, then after a couple of hours, feed them a meal. A tired and well-fed dog may be less anxious during the night!

🐾 Make sure your contact details on your pet’s microchip are up to date.
