I get lots of requests from clients expecting a appointment within a week from contacting me.
This is not going to happen unless your are lucky with filling a cancellation spot.
I only groom part time. If you want a appointment expect at least a 2 - 4 week wait depending on the time of year etc. I also have a young family and another career.
Thankyou to those clients that understand this and book in advance. 😘
Please don't give me th "oh wow I didn't expect to have to wait so long comments" or the "he's matted because you didn't have a appointment available sooner" comments.
Most my clients are amazing and supportive🥰 thankyou to those of you🥰.
Everyone that isn't will find themselves looking for another groomer

Please check your appointment times and be on time and if you have to cancel please give me at least 24 hours notice I have been messed around multiple times in the last week. I try my best to fit everyone in , I am extremely busy so please hold yourself accountable for your appointment. It's not fair to me to be standing in my hairy clothes for a hour gap when I could be doing something else or have fit another client in. Thanks .

House keeping.. any no shows to appointments will incur a $20 additional fee charge on to their next appointment.
Currently not able to do full brush outs (double coat) due to a sore wrist. All regular grooms still available.

Tis the season to be jolly...🎅 But also for fleas!! Check for fleas before your appointment with time to affectively treat. any dog with live fleas will not be groomed.

Just a heads up clients 🎄!! next available appointments are December and there are not lots of them left , January will also be limited due to school holidays.
February I will be back to normal availability as the little one is starting kindy so I will have a few more hours to work per week.
Book early to avoid disappointment.

With the warm weather upon us appointment wait times are getting longer.
Currently the next available appointment is the very end of October early November.
I am getting alot of complaints about this but if you don't pre book in advanced this is what you may face so please don't give me flack about it .
Book early or be prepared to wait . Thanks to those clients who have pre booked or just been understanding.

All curly coat breeds have a slight price increase (cavoodles and Labradoodles etc), some clients are already aware but please msg if you are unsure of the price.

It's creeping in.. the annual trip up north . 🌅🏖️☀️🌕
Please book if you need a appointment in June! I will be putting on a couple of extra days including a Saturday to try and accommodate . Don't miss out once they are all gone for June it will be late July ( the last week) or early August next available.

I now have no appointments available until around the 7th of June they will be taken daily and we are heading north for 4 weeks on June 24th so if your dog will be due during this time you need to book a spot !!

To all up coming appointments , due to Covid response I think it is sensible to take some precautions at the moment...

For drop off meet 🐾 me at the front gate ,I will give you a collection time to meet me back at the front gate for pick up .

Please stay punctual to the times I give you as neither I or your dog want to be standing in the blistering heat waiting a extra 10 minutes.

Also times will be to reduce congestion at the front gate. 🚗🚙

I hope you can all understand , we all just need to do our bit and this is pretty simple for both of us.

I look forward to seeing you all soon .
