You may know Dr Jackson... but do you know his cats?

Flo and Squash are Dr Jackson's first daughters (although he does have one very adorable human baby now).

Flo (the fluff ball) once fell out of a 4 story building and walked away with barely a scratch !

And Squash (the little tiger) affectionately gained her name after being hit by a car as a kitten, and Dr Jackson and his wife Dr Kate adopted her shortly after!

He loves to talk about them, so make sure to ask how the girls are next time you see him! 🥰

A few weeks ago we had Sonia from Sonia Says Sit come in to refresh the Team on doggie behaviour and fear free techniques! 💙

Using a Fear Free approach is so important to us here at NIVH, and there’s no one better to guide us than Sonia herself!

(And we got some yummy Sushi for lunch 😋🍱)

Just a reminder we will be closed this Monday 9th June for the kings birthday public holiday. ARH Wollongong and VSOS (Miranda) will be open for any emergencies.

The stars aligned when Whisky and Darcy both visited the clinic for their needles yesterday - and they became fast friends!

Meet Maggie – Our Glamorous Golden Girl! 💛

Say hello to Maggie, a joyful 12-year-old Staffy who visits us every month for her Beransa injection to help manage her osteoarthritis. Despite her age, Maggie never lets anything dull her sparkle ✨—she shows up each time in her signature pearls, dressed to impress and full of charm!

Her sweet nature and stylish flair brighten our clinic every visit. It’s always a treat to see this beautiful girl strut in, proving that age is just a number when you've got heart (and pearls) like hers 💖

🐾🎧 Meet Trout, the 12-week-old Hungarian Vizsla with a taste for tech! 🐶💻

One curious nibble led to a “whoops” moment when he decided Dad’s AirPod was the perfect chew toy. 😅

But don’t fret! With a little veterinary TLC and an e***a (yes, you read that right!), Trout’s tech snack passed through naturally. 🐾💩

And as for Dad—well, let’s just say he might be switching to wired headphones for a while. 🎧😂
