Bringing ole Mag's into work
Maggie has been with us for a few months now living life in our paddocks so it's time to get her back into work and it's evident that this mare knows business. She has been a mustering horse and it shows! Track a beast and all we can say is HOLD ON. Going to look forward to working with her abit and showing her the drums.
On the trails
A lovely afternoon trail ride yesterday after a morning of fencing. Started out only going for a quick ride to a 20km track. Very lucky to have Bellthorpe bushlands at our doorstep. Found the most interesting meeting spot that had been cleared
Amazing what food training can do
Its certainly alot easier to bring the horses in after abit of encouragement in the paddock each time.
We wouldnt change a single day
Spots available now for training
A little bit on what we do here :)

Feeding the troops
Not a bad view on this rainy day
Hickory starting to free up
Really loving the confidence that is starting to come out of Hickory. Becoming a lovely horse to ride and certainly going to be living off him these holidays.
Getting the job done
Finally back in the saddle!
Pixie out and about
Not much bothers this mare. Horses running at her. Traffic. Trail riding on her own. She is certainly going to make someone very happy
Pingo is home bound.
Today we said goodbye to Pingo.
Pingo was here to be broken in for her wonderful owner as well as to have some float training.
At the beginning Pingo was very reluctant to get on the float. Many times swaying back and forth from side to side of the float to avoid getting on it. Once on it she would fly backwards in fright of being closed in. After a few sessions with her. She soon learnt that it wasnt too bad. She will continue her ridden journey now at home and I wish you all the best lovely girl. 🥰🥰
