My answer: Summer is so brutal here, so why not! Period.
Comfort, comfort, your comfort!
Coupled with thermal break behind your cladding, and a cavity that breathes you can't go wrong. Dry, cool/warm homes. It takes a little longer, but this home will breath and insulate you from the harsh, our harsh CQ.

I noticed you use air-cell on the roof mat, so why ceiling insulation?.......... My answer: well lets just say the encapsulated home will speak for itself, heat out, secondary defence and internal warmth in.

Energy efficiency is our aim, homes that have a high rating are so important for the future!!
