Well it's certainly been a cold start to the year!! But this hasn't stopped our team of volunteers from ensuring those dogs in need get their food parcels as usual!

We made our regular food drop to Halifax Community Fridge today with Kirsty and Bert delivering as usual. After Oatey and Benny's posts, Bert wanted to go one better... 🤣

The last food drop of the year!
Ian packed up 15 food parcels for Kirsty to deliver our weekly donation to the Halifax Community Fridge yesterday!

Sweep was delighted to receive his very own present tree for his first Christmas from Gwen (via our raffle!) ❤️ He opted for the Rudolph and Frosty balls first. 🤣

It was Oatey’s turn to deliver some Christmas cheer to our friends at Calder Food Support today! He ensured 10 food packs were delivered safely including some bonus treats and a toy 🎅 🌲 🐶

We visited our friends at Jollyes Halifax - The Pet People today and collected an incredible 408 tins of dog food provided from donations by their brilliant customers! One customer also donated a 12kg bag of kibble ❤️. That will help us fill another 136 food packages.
Thank you to Phil, Megan, Zoe and all the team at Jollyes for supporting us this year and to all their customers who have made donations, you have all made a massive difference to many dogs and their owners.

Today Benny was in charge of delivering some cat food, dog treats and toys to our friends at Calder Food Support as a Christmas bonus! ❤️
He was on his best behaviour and didn't even pinch a treat! So earned a box full!

1 Daryl from Red Heart Crochet sadly lost her handsome boy Alfred this year and since has been bringing smiles in his memory. She has created this great sharing hamper with a great mix of dog treats, likimats and toys and even some human treats too.

2 Team Gwen have supported us from the start and as lovely lady Gwen is aging and this may be her last Christmas, they wanted to bring some extra love for Mabel's Meals and one home particularly with this packed Christmas Tree full of dog treats and toys!

3 Plus to add another lot, we're adding a month of Whimzee Dental Chews - 31!
