It’s common for many people to avoid adopting pets that come from abused homes because they fear the trauma could make them either less gentle or even aggressive. But most rescued animals always find love in their hearts and become the best companions. The same happened to the rescued English pointer Nora after she was adopted.
Her time as a puppy was heart-breaking, but after being rescued her life became amazing and she also got a beautiful surprise!

Picking up a lost dog means taking on a lot of responsibility. To find the pooches’ owners often requires putting up signs, calling numbers on tags, posting online, and maybe even housing the fella for a few nights. But making sure the dog and those who love him are happy, makes it all worth it.

One Takoma, Washington, D.C., resident pulled over to the side of the road to pick-up a lost dog who, oddly, was wearing a set of blue pajamas. While the man searched diligently for the owner, the dog’s curious behavior forced him to make a tough call about the canine’s fate.

Most of us try to do right by animals, and even if they aren’t our own, we’re usually willing to go out of our way to help a creature in need; maybe we’ll pull off the road to pick up a lost dog, or maybe we put food out so hungry critters will always have a bite to eat. But as much as we try to do our best for these animals, our good intentions can sometimes backfire in a big way.
When three Estonian construction workers spotted an animal in dire need of help, they rushed to its aid without a second thought. But after pulling it to safety, they realized the creature was not as it appeared and, worse, they were all in terrible danger!
