This is a 3 year old paint gelding. He currently has had about 20 rides…
He is the most lovable sweet gelding you’ll find. Easy to work with and so smart!
He would make someone a fantastic summer project!
…
Even though miss Ivy left today, I had to share some of her glow up pictures.
She turned into quite the horse!

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!

She is a 14 year old quarter horse mare. She’s an absolute baby sitter and so much fun to ride.
It’s obvious she hasn’t been taken care of the greatest, so she will be putting on a couple pounds before she is forsale.
But if you are looking for a gentle quiet riding horse, dm me for more info!

This is a horse I am so excited to share with you. A little back story here… I got a call a couple weeks ago, wondering if I would be interested in buying a horse from them. Unfortunately, for them, she was not a great fit for them. She had bucked off a couple young riders, so they had not been using her for about a year. I agreed to take a look at her. I took one look, and fell in love.
So here she is!! Meet Tulsa. She is a four year old Haflinger cross mare. More videos and pictures to come!!

I’m not sure why I’ve procrastinated this post so much, but I am finally introducing Cherokee. He is a 7 year old gelding… He is broke to ride and drive. I had a buyer for him, but at last minute the sale fell through.. We’ve been having so much fun with him lately! He is for sale as of now..
Well, today went a little different than expected. I wasn’t planning on buying another horse, but when I saw these two I couldn’t resist.
•
They are Paso Finos! The mare, known as Breezy, is a 7 year old. I don’t know anything about her, other than she is the sweetest thing around.
•
The kid, known as Mila, is a little filly. I’m not sure exactly how old she is…
•
I do not know their background, but Breezy is very malnourished. Mila seems to be doing good.

I’ve been having multiple requests to train horses, or do photo shoots, but due to having surgery very soon, I will not be able to take client horses until next spring.
I will possibly be doing some late fall, or winter photo shoots…. If you’d like to book something, please dm me to claim a spot.
Thank you and blessings to everyone.

My little pali.
This girl has pushed my limits as a trainer, by making me think outside the box, and trying to come up with ways to keep her thinking.
She really has a way to make people love her, as she is the favorite in my barn.
At Apple Meadow Farm LLC we are a private horse boarding operation driven with faith and love for farming.

This is Ebony. He is a 12 year old Gypsy Vanner Cross. He’s such a sweet boy😍
…
Introduced Selah to the outdoors while riding for the first time. She did pretty well despite the wind and all the flappy things :)
•
Her stop and back up is getting much better as well.
…
A little clip of Selah’s first ride. I’m only using my neck rope to guide her here. She responds better to that then the bridle as she is still getting use to the bit.
This is proof that by doing your groundwork first, a first ride doesn’t have to be traumatizing.
….
We’ve been practicing putting the bridle on and taking it off. She’s definitely getting the hang of it!
…
Made some huge progress with Wild one ( her current name, until I find a better one. )
This video is what I was doing with her today. Started with me tugging on her halter until she gave into the pressure. ( A process that took about 20 minutes. ) then I decided it would be a good idea to get a solid backup, in case she ever tried attacking me again.
She seems to have a sweet personality under the aggressive behavior.
…
This is just a little clip of the aggression that she has been showing me.
A couple days ago, she lunged at my face, with the intention of biting my nose off🤣
I haven’t been able to get her out of the stall yet, because she’s not halter broke and get very nervous with any pressure on her face.
It should be an interesting couple of months.

I’ve been battling a fever and sore throat this week, but I made it out to work with Cheyenne a little today. She did amazing. Only had 4 outbursts ( which is a big improvement ) • Ok back to bed I go.
The journey with Cheyenne so far… She’s come so far and I’m so proud of her❣️ • #wildhorse #coltstarting #eaglecreekhorses
I hadn’t had made much progress with Cheyenne the past few weeks, so I decided to lasso her, and see if I can teach her to think about the pressure of a rope around her neck. I did about a 30 minute session with her, and in that time she had some outbursts, but in the end, she was giving in to the pressure. So proud of her🤍
Mavericks first saddling. He did really good other than the small outburst of crow hopping. Really excited for this one’s future!
Tiny steps, but we’ll take it! • This was a week ago, and stayed stuck in my drafts, but this is an update on Cheyenne. I haven’t worked with her much yet, because she was at a friends barn, but she’s at Eagle Creek Horses now, so be prepared for a ton of Cheyenne content🤩
Meet the new kids in the barn. • Asher is a 3 year old thoroughbred gelding. He is green broke to ride. Honestly such a sweet heart! He is a tall boy, standing at 16.2 hands! * he is forsale as green broke! * • • Sirocco is an 8 year old palomino quarter horse gelding. He was broke as a 5 year old, but hasn’t been ridden much since. Every session I’ve had with him, he’s proved to be a quick and willing learner. He is 14.3 hands tall. This boy has already found his new home!
Far from where her body weight is supposed to be, but so much better than it was. Both their energy has improved and they are finally looking happy, and ready to live. • #pasofino #rescue
