Have you tried the "Pivot and Stand"? ☝️
This exercise is putting the front limbs on the Donut 🍩 and doing pivoting work with the DuoDisc and the FitBone on the side, acting as the sitting platforms.
1. We asked the dog to sit nicely and organize on each of the side objects
2. We have them pivot from object to object
The benefits of the exercise are a nice full body workout! 🏋️The front end has to stabilize throughout the pivot motion and the rear end is getting to learn to step sideways and also stay organized through the sit motion.

Need help figuring out where to start with your dog's at-home fitness routine? 🧐 Here are some basic steps for introducing them to the FitPaws Balance Disc!
Parker recently seemed to revert back to being uncomfortable around some of our fitness equipment, so I went back to basics with the FitPaws Balance disc! Here are the steps I took: 👇
1. Rewarded her for any interaction with the disc, ultimately working towards her tapping it with her paw.
2. Built duration and put her weight into the paw with a mix of cues and luring.
3. Rewarded for a weight shift off her second front paw.
4. Jackpot for both paws on!
Tip: Toss treats away from the disc often to allow your dog to opt back into more training (or not!) 🐕
Riley is mastering this advanced workout challenge!
Combining Regular FitBones and Giant FItBones along with 40cm and 50cm Peanuts is a great way to create a deeper challenge and maximize your dog’s fitness. What combinations have you tried before? 🤸♂️

She is walking with a good even movement and stride with her head and topline in perfect position! Way to go Lilo!
