ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a SALES AND CLIENT CARE ADMINISTRATOR to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience while also supporting sales and administrative tasks for the clinic and shop.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
1) Passion to meet the needs of our clients and animals under our care.
2) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
3) Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration (experience in the veterinary industry added advantage). New graduates are encouraged to apply, if you are motivated to learn and grow in this role, we will be excited to support your development.
4) Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
5) Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.
6) A passion for animals and the agricultural industry is highly desirable.
