WHAT IS PUREED KGODU YA LEROTSE?

Pureed Kgodu is made from PUREEING the uncooked lerotse into a flagrant pulp. The Pulp is then boiled and the Porridge is put into it after reaching boiling point!

WHY THIS IS GOOD? Most nutrients are preserved as the cooking time of the lerotse is greatly reduced.
