📣 New Puppy Alert!!! 📣 Meet Midnight! Awe, it's been a while since I had one that could fit in my hand. 🥹 Midnight brought her humans in to get a collar & a microfiber bath towel. What a sweet baby! And a good cuddler! 🥰 She kept snuggling against me while I was trying to take her picture. Midnight is a Miniature Chihuahua & Poddle mix. She's going to have beautiful hair! She cute now, but I can't want to see how beautiful she'll be when she grows up. See you again soon, Miss Midnight. 🐾

📣 Meet Murphy! 📣 Isn't he the most handsome distinguished little gentleman you've ever seen?!? He looks so proper, like he never rolls in stinky things in the yard, or refuses food off the ground, or NEVER licks himself... at least not in front of company. 🤭 Murphy brought his humans in for some Coconuts Blue Pet Treats & toys. Love making new friends & hope to see Mr. Murphy again soon. 🐾

Look who came in to see us! 😊 It's our sweet friend Misty! 🥰 She brought her human in for some puppy pads. Look how BIG she's getting! 🥹 She's still a little doggie but she was the size of her head when we 1st met. It's so fun to see the doggies the puppies grow into. The best part of the shop is getting to know all the island's fur babies. Until next time, sweet Misty girl. 🐾

I sometimes wonder, when aliens invade, will they think the dogs are in charge? 👽🤔 I mean, we work for the pups, we feed them, we walk them, responsible pet parents follow behind them & pick up their p**ps. 💩 It's a logical assumption. Nah, the cats are the real world leaders. 🐈‍⬛ They do look like they're plotting, when they're not napping. 😅 Pet's Paradise has p**p bags back in stock! We also have these cool bag holders that double as working LED flashlights to illuminate your path at night... so you can see those extra terrestrials coming. 🐾

Does your cat like to sit in the window & brid watch? Or do they like to spy on the neighbor's dog, or the neighbors? No matter what goes through their heads, which we will never know, we do know cats LOVE to chill in windows. Sometimes all day. So give them a happy place to do that. We have window perches that hold upto 80lbs, large enough for 2 kitties to nap on. And hammocks that can clip under a chair or you can hang it near the window for 1 kitty to sleep in & 1 to sleep on. We also have cat scratching posts & cat towers. We love our doggy friends at Pet's Paradise, but we have our kitty friends covered, too. We're the island pet shop, here to serve the pets of Caye Caulker & Belize. Big thanks to all our 4 legged & 2 legged customers for their support! 🐾

Our friend Momma brought her human in to get a special Coconuts Blue Pet Treats for her 1st Gotcha Day! 🥳 Momma chose a turkey neck. She's so funny when she chooses her reward. She's all sweet licks & tail wags, but when she's done shopping, she just grabs her purchase, forgets all about her friends & is ready to go home to enjoy her treat. 😅 Happy Gotcha Day, Momma! Hope it's been tail wagging good! 🐾

📣 Meet Cowboy, Kokomo, & Skeeter! 📣 They brought their human in for some toys & NexGard. They were so sweet & happy to visit. And I know they like the shop, because they each christened the veranda... never try the 5 second rule at our store. 😅 Mom let Cowboy pick his toy & he chose a chicken. Kokomo picked a watermelon & Skeeter got a donut. All the boys left very happy. Their mom is actually the artist that did our sign, Signs by Allie. Can't wait to see the pack back in the shop, and around the island. 🐾

📣 New Puppy Alert! 📣 Meet... we're not sure yet. Her humans are leaning hard toward Sky. I like it. She just arrived on the island from Belieze City & she must be a smart baby, because she brought her humans right in to see us & get a beautiful collar. I was just telling my intern that I don't know why no one has bought this collar... probably because everyone who wants it has a bigger dog. Baby girl is happy to sn**ch it up. She's going around the island in style with this fancy collar. 😎 By the way, meet the Pet's Paradise intern! This is Matthew and he's doing his 1st Form internship here. I refer to him as "Intern", as though I don't know his name. 😂 But he's actually my son. And he has very insightful questions & he's learning a lot. He's only here for a couple of hours on Wednesdays (we'll be closed half day tomorrow so he switched days). But please ask him questions & engage with him if you do see him. Don't let the Intern get away with being shy. This is a pet business 1st but a people business 2nd. Gotta interact & make sure our visitors feel welcome & important, because they are. 🐾

📣 Meet Melow! 📣 Melow brought his humans in for a new collar & a t-shirt. His favorite color is red, so he picked a red collar & red shirt that reads "I'm wearing nothing under this shirt". Melow is such a sweet boy, obviously a lover judging by all the puppy kisses he was giving out. 🤭 We'll have to make sure we stock up on red, just for Melow. ❤️ Can't wait to see our new friend Melow again. 🐾

📣 Meet Cedar! 📣 Cedar is THE SWEETEST pitbull I've ever met & my neighbor. When people talk about pitties being gentle giants, I'm pretty sure they're talking about Cedar. First time I met Cedar I was in the park with another doggie friend/customer & Cedar came charging over out of nowhere to meet his new neighbor the Goldendoodle State. State's dad asked me if he was friendly. Maybe it was because I had just opened the pet shop & didn't want to seem like I didn't know all the doggies, or maybe it was the fact that it's rare a dog has a mean reaction to me, or maybe I saw the wagging tail & didn't hear barks, but I instantly replied, "I think so," quickly adding, "But I've never met him." 😅 Lucky for me he was friendly, very friendly. 😊 Cedar brought his human in today for a big bag of dog food & for some cat food for his feline sister. And to say hi. He was so excited to visit! His mom says he doesn't get out of the house much so this visit was a special treat. And I'm pretty sure judging by all his wags, hops, & kisses, Cedar throughly enjoyed his shopping experience! Can't wait to see Cedar again! I hope there are many fun trips to Pet's Paradise in your future, my beefy buddy. 🐾

📣 Meet Sophie! 📣 She's new to the island & loves golf cart rides. She's been all over, Sports Bar, Counch Suckers, Salty's, she hangs where all the cool dogs hang. She's from Wisconsin 🧀 so she's getting used to the heat, but very happy on the island. Sophie has 2 doggie siblings & 2 cat siblings, so mom & dad have their hands happily full with 5 fur babies at home. And they would love to add to the pack/clowder (that's 1 name for a group of cats, my favorite because it sounds like chowder) they'd love it if the cat distribution system sends a kitty their way. Sophie brought her human in to stock up on cat food for her feline siblings, because she's a good girl who loves the other littles at home. Sophie was THE sweetest girl! I know I say that about all the babies, but I mean it, they just get sweeter with every new friend we make. 🥰 We'll see Soph again soon, maybe even around the island. Now that we know her haunts we can make that happen. 🐾

📣 New Puppy Alert! 📣 Meet 2 month old Trojan! And the big beefy cutie beside him is our friend Nala! She was so little when we 1st met her when we opened in November, now she's a big beautiful chunky 8 month old girl. 😍 And she has a new 2 month old little brother. They look so alike we couldn't even tell they were both adopted. 🤭 They brought their humans in to get NexGard for Nala & a squeeky tennis ball for little Trojan. We can't wait to see Trojan grow big & strong like his big sis Nala. 🥰 And can't wait to see these 2 again. These SUPER sweet pitties have a special place in out hearts. 🐾

📣 Meet Luna! 📣 Luna has heterochromia so she has 1 half blue eye, kind of like a crescent moon. Luna brought her human in for a p**p bag dispenser & she also picked up an eggplant plushie that matches her harness. This is her 1st time in the shop, but Luna's mom is actually our graphic designer who did our logo & bandanas through her company Moonglow Custom Design. So Luna is already a friend. 🥰 Luna really enjoyed her shopping experience. Come see us again anytime, Lovely Little Luna. 🐾

📣 Meet Maggie & MJ! 📣 Their humans visited from Virginia & picked up souvenir bandanas for them & some Coconuts Blue Pet Treats. Their mom's mother is an expat on the island, so their humans are already planning their next trip to Caye Caulker. It's so cool that our little island pet shop is being represented all over the world, like in Virginia, USA. 🥰 Thanks to Christine for sending us pics of Maggie & MJ! Maybe we'll get to meet them one day. But until then we'll cherish knowing they have a little piece of Pet's Paradise in Virginia. 🐾

📣 New Puppies Alert! 📣 Meet Theo & Ollie! If it's not obvious, I was very excited to meet the sweet brothers! They were so soft & happy! They're new to the island & they brought their human in to shop at the island pet shop. They got a new travel dish (mom was carrying a real little doggie dish everywhere so this will make life easier). And they picked up some Coconuts Blue Pet Treats Just Meatballs while they were here. Welcome to the island & the world, baby boys. We can't wait to see you happy little guys again! 🐾

📣 Meet Max! 📣 I had to use that pic as the 1st one because it made me laugh so hard! 🤣 Doggies move so fast when excited, so when one visits we sometimes have to take 15 or more shots to get enough non-blurry images to post. And we never know what we'll get until we check the gallery. Max's face has me giggling so hard I'm having trouble finishing this post. 🤭 Max brought his human in to meet us & to get some p**p bags. 💩 But he noticed the Coconuts Blue Pet Treats & suddenly NEEDED a turkey neck in his life. I feel the same way when I find mint Oreos on the island, Max. Max's mom has been a regular in our shop since we opened, so it was a treat for us to meet one of her pups. And he's so beautiful! 😍 He was a little unsure about us at 1st but I sat on the floor & he came over & gave me a big kiss. Mr. Max, I usually require dinner before a smooch, but you're so fine I'll let it slide. And he was a little unsure about the shop, until he saw the treats. Maybe we'll get to meet his brother Neo next time. 🐾

Our new friend Cooper brought his human back in to show us his cool island shirt! And he ended up sheltering inside the shop during a little afternoon downpour. 🌧 He noticed our Coconuts Blue Pet Treats & picked a cow toe. We're so glad Cooper is enjoying his new home on the island. We petted him & he was shedding a lot, mom said he's adjusting to the heat but otherwise doing well. He'll feel like he's freezing to death when the temp goes down to 70° like the rest of us in no time. 🥶 Cooler days like today mean he can step out in style in his new fit. We'll be seeing more of Cooper since he lives right down the street. Maybe we'll get so tight we can call him Coop for short. He can call us Paradise if he wants. 🤭 Can't wait for his next visit. 🐾

📣 New Puppy Alert! 📣 Meet Rocky! He brought his human in to pick out a Coconuts Blue Pet Treats & a toy. He choose a turkey neck & cow hoof. The doggies are really enjoying coming in to pick out their own treats, like they're shopping themselves. It's seriously the cutest thing ever. Since Rocky prefers soft toys, mom also let him pick a plushie. He loved the little cactus he got. We can't wait to see how big & handsom Rocky grows to be. 🐾

Our friend Momma brought her human in to visit & she noticed our Coconuts Blue Pet Treats & was obsessed! So her mom let her choose her favorite. She held out a cow toe & a cow hoof... Momma chose the hoof. As you can see, it was really no contest. Momma usually has to be dragged out, but she got her treat & was ready to go enjoy it at home. She carried it in her mouth all the way home. Glad she got something she loved so much. 🐾

Have you heard of Churu squeezable cat treats? I call them cat milkshakes, my old vet called them cat crack because my cats went so crazy for them. They can also be useful for clicker training. We have these in store if you'd like to treat your kitty to a delicious snack. I've even carried them with me to win the hearts of strays. I LOVE getting updates! Carin got the Crazy Pants catnip infused tunnel for her foster kitties. The babies are having such a blast! Our baby girl BellaDonna playing with her mummy hide & seek toy. She has a lot of energy today & she keeps trying to chew on us (we're still trying to teach her that we're not dogs & we don't like that type of play).
