2. Limit Outdoor Time: Avoid walking dogs during peak heat hours, typically between 10 AM and 4 PM. Early mornings or late evenings are better for outdoor activities. For cats, ensure they have access to shaded areas if they venture outside.

3. Provide Shade and Ventilation: If your pets spend time outdoors, ensure they have a shaded area to escape the sun. For indoor pets, keep windows open for cross-ventilation or use fans to circulate air.
