We have been really quiet lately, and we apologize. We have had some family matters we have been dealing with and getting back into September school life.

BUT WE ARE BACK!

AND HAVE EXCITING NEWS!

Emmett bought his dirt bike (pictures will follow this week). Thanks for everyone support he couldn't have been happier!

Our other exciting news is we have a new mascot!

Introducing Rollo, the newest member of our family. Meet Rollo, she is a 1 year old Rotti Lab. We have adopted her from a beautiful family that is moving abroad and was devastated they were unable to take her. She grew up with little kids and it shows. She is so well behaved and we can't wait for new adventures to begin!

Well everyone. Your likely have wondering why we have been so absent lately.

Well mom and dad have been working on something exciting for 2 years now and its finally coming true.

They bought some property and they are building their dream house. And mine too. I get my own room!!!!

If you wondered why they didn't buy my dirt bike yet, this is why! We will have 50 acres and it will be much more enjoyable riding it there:)

Baking day here at REL. This will be the last big push out of our orders. We will be trying to complete all our delvieries tomorrow, so we can enjoy our Father's Day on Sunday.

We will not take any orders until July 3rd. Why you ask? It's because we sre preparing a large order for Geddes Street Market

So if you need a refill please message us asap. We have some in stock but will be doing a big bake of our classic peanut butter flavour today.

Mom is in the kitchen baking today and tomorrow. But she had rhubarb from the garden and strawberries going bad. So between batches she made a homemade pie.

GOOD NEWS: Emmett's results are negative! Which we thought, but we would rather be on the safe side.

BAD NEWS: We almost had to call 911 yesterday morning for our youngest. Being a Paramedic, I dont take calling 911 lightly. So for me that is a big deal. We avoided it, thankfully, but we now have some unexpected and important appointments this week for him.

That being said. I am planning on completing the baking in the next few days and hoping to drop off this week to those that places orders.

I am so sorry, but I need to take care of my family first.

So.....my day of baking I had planned has been postponed. Emmett has redness to his one eye. He is prescribed a drop but if that does not work he will need to see an eye Dr asap as it could be something serious. Its not your classic pink eye, since its only one side of his right eye and he has no discharge.

But because pink eye is a a symptom of COVID, although rare, we wanted to be on the safe side and got him tested. Also, incase we need to go see specialist in the next few days.

So to make sure all our customers and fur babies are safe, I think its best to wait for his results to come in., which should be by Monday the latest.

***PRICE INCREASE***

As we have done more calculations on our numbers, we have had no choice to increase our pricing on our classic flavour. We understand this is likely not want you want to hear.

Over the last few months the time away from family, the supplies, the gas really has added up more than we could have ever expected. So to continue this amazing journey it was time.

Starting today, the prices will now be the same for every flavour of treat we sell. Meaning, we have a price REDUCTION to the beef and cheddar but an increase to the peanut butter. If you ordered before today we will honor our other pricing.

New Product Alert!!

Who's been feeling the heat these days?! Well, minus the snow storm we had!!! WHAT WAS THAT!

We definitely have, and when we did deliveries today, of course we found out the AC broke in our Van. We could have definitely used these cool treats.

For a limited time, we will be making these frozen treats!

Blueberry Blitz & Peanut Butter Delight

Both made with Plain Greek Yogurt. These are great to cool down those pups on hot days.

These will be offered in small amounts.

80g will be $7.

We will also be offering some dehydrated apples (that is, if I can keep my kids hands out of them)

80g for $10.

These will be made on request. We will not have these in stock. So please, if your looking to have these all summer, think about having a reoccurring order.

We have a few customers asking for reoccurring orders every 6 weeks or even every month. So if you want on it, please let us know. This also goes for our normal treats! Make sure you don't go without this summer! Its going to be a busy summer and we may have to start limiting orders!

UPDATE!

Momma H here. I found such a positive to our part going missing!

A friend asked me if it was the control panel that went in our oven because it happened to her and she had a contact of a local farm that fixes them.

So, yestursay we went on an adventure. I figured, why not take a chance. So we dropped it off, the owner told us to come back in about 30 mins. Me and the kids grabbed some lunch and went back.

He said, its ALL FIXED! I almost fainted. Literally fixed in 30 mins. It costed a total of 33.90, which saved us over 270 dollars. SO THANKFUL!

So naturally I needed to test the oven out.

Rhubarb muffins in the oven to test it but this is the first time in WEEKS that it heated up to 350! Sooooo we are officially ready for more orders.

We will be going through the spreadsheet today and gathering all order and baking/packing. We will be in contact tomorrow with hopefully delivery or pick up on the weekend!!

Momma H here!

I have been in contact with Amazon all weekend trying to locate our part for our stove. They said it should be here today.

Welll......I just contacted them and welll.......

What else could go wrong you ask?

THEY LOST IT!

I have no idea what we are going to do at this point. I'm defeated!

Looks like we are either going to have to find someone else to order the part from (which will take another 2 plus weeks) or buy a new oven (which wasn't in our budget).

I am so sorry to our customers we have been absent, not able to fill orders quickly and really likely have disappointed many.

Im going to take the night to reflect and find positive in this situation. But for now thank you all for your ongoing support even though we have really slacked on our customer service.
