Hi everyone!
I have had 2 dogs come in with canine lice in the last 2 months. Unfortunately once parasites are discovered, I can not continue your dogs groom and you will need to come collect your pet, and reschedule your grooming appointment untill after your dog has been treated and the parasites are gone. At that point, I need to close my shop and clean EVERYTHING and a sanitation fee will be charged. ($ 30.00 )
Its important that all my clientele have thier dogs on a flea/tick/lice preventative program through out the year to keeps dogs healthy and comfortable and to avoid the inconvenience and expense for all involved.
For your convenience I have posted some helpful information on the matter.
