Good morning to all my wonderful clients!

It is with a degree of sadness (and after lots and lots of time and consideration) that I am making the decision to stop grooming and closing shop permanently on January 10.
Thank you all so very much for trusting me with your fur babies and for the support over the last 4 years. I have learned so much and have made so many wonderful friends and so many clients that I am so grateful for and will miss seeing you all very much!
As most of you know I have made the decision to further my career and return to school, this is a big change and something I am looking forward to!
I have compiled a list of groomers in the area and trust that these groomers will do a great job on your furry pals

If you would like to book an appointment with me before I’m finished I will do my best to accommodate.
I would love to see your fur babies one last time before I close up shop 🤍

I am also able to send groomer notes if you would like to maintain the same cut with your new groomer please let me know if this is something you would like from me.

✨Cancellation policy update✨

As any business that works out of an appointment book, my daily schedule depends on appointments being kept.

Each day I have a fixed number of grooming spaces available and I look forward to seeing my furry clients and their families.

If you need to cancel or re book please provide 24-48 hours notice. If there is a “no show” or not enough notice before cancellation chances are I won’t be able to fill said spot and due to the high demand for appointments it is unfair to those waiting. Of course I understand life happens and I always strive to accommodate clients as best as I can and appreciate the flexibility clients have shown me in return.

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment date will be charged 50% of the grooming fee dependant on the reasons for the cancellation. Failure to notify of cancellation will result in 100% charge of the grooming fee which will need to be paid in full before rebooking.

Clients who have missed previous appointments
Will be required to pay 50% of the appointment fee before re booking.
