A beautiful Christmas morning on the farm, chores done breakfast with our amazing staff that volunteered to work today, then out to feed Lemon Dal’s lesson ponies enjoying their Christmas break. little do they know some of our students are coming in over the holidays to keep their butts in shape 💪

We’re sure last night the horses enjoyed their freshly cleaned and bedded shelters for the first real cold night.

Join us in welcoming Jeannette Sterner from TPT-Sterner Equine for our November 23-24th clinic. Starting off November 23rd with a Dressage/fundamental flat day and soaring into November 24th with our jumping day.
Welcoming all levels of riders and horses whether you are taking the beginning steps into dressage, honing in your fundamentals on the flat, developing a green horse for jumping or you are 1m+ jumper looking to improve.
Private or Semi-Private session in our beautiful 80’x200’ indoor arena, lunch included with beverages, day stall rental available, overnight stalling limited, one free auditor space included, door prizes too!

In Germany Jeannette obtained training and schooling. During this time, she had the opportunity to ride under Grand Prix riders and mentors such as: Helen Langenhanenberg (2012 Olympic Dressage Team Silver medalist), Ingrid Klimke (2008 & 2012 Olympic Eventing Team Gold Medalist), Lars Meyer Zu Bexten (German National Show Jumping Team Coach) as well as Sabine Becker and Claudia Graff.
Jeannette is a dressage and jumping coach and has more than 30 years of experience in riding horses from which she spent 20 years as a professional trainer. Jeanette has dedicated herself to developing young horses and riders to their full potential while creating an environment where both horse and rider can evolve and break barriers together.

Our boarders never stop amaze us! Yesterday we went to Top of the Hill Farm for the Hunter Derby. We had a full crew of support for our riders. A huge congratulations to Reanna and Dexter for 2nd place out of 23 riders and Jessica and Griffin/Luv with a 4th and a 7th! Both riders displayed great professionalism!
Top of the hill did an amazing job and very well organized!

LDS has a couple lesson spots available this winter!
All lessons are private (1 rider)/semi-private (2 riders). All students start with a minimum of 8 private lessons to determine their level of riding whether they are an experienced rider or a complete beginner to ensure they are placed with a rider at their level. (Riders can request to stay in private only.)

Focusing on the fundamentals of flat work and how it influences all aspects of riding.
We continue to grow and expand our students horizons from: basic level dressage, hunters, jumpers and cross country.

Did you know that LDS is growing and developing our show team for 2025! We have our own Hunter and Jumpers shows on property. We plan to take our students off property for Mini-events, Hunter Derbies, Hunter shows, Jumper shows and Dressage!
