For those who believe that the purchase price of well-bred rats is too high, please consider that only animals that are raised and bred at low costs can be sold at lower prices. I place a great emphasis on the appropriate care of my animals, their proper treatment, and high-quality nutrition. Responsible and appropriate rearing of the young rats also requires significant time and financial investment. The costs incurred cannot even be remotely covered by the adoption fee.

With each litter and each individual rat, I maintain pedigrees. These pedigrees are exclusively available to other breeders. I do not offer them for pets. However, every buyer receives the birth date of the rat(s) and information about the parent rats.

As a breeder and animal owner, I place the highest value on breeding and keeping my rats according to current scientific knowledge. The foundation of my commitment is striving for optimal health, excellent temperament, and suitable appearance of my animals. In breeding, I carefully consider genetic aspects to ensure that the offspring inherit the best traits from their ancestors. It is important for me to be aware of possible genetic health risks and minimize them.

The appropriate care of my rats is also very important to me. I ensure that their environment meets their natural needs, whether through sufficient space, various forms of entertainment, or a balanced diet. Regarding the feeding of my rats, I place great importance on it being based on scientific knowledge. Through extensive research and access to current studies, I carefully select their food to ensure that my rats receive all necessary nutrients. In addition to their pellet diet, I also incorporate fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs (some from my own garden), and well-nourished insects, as well as other animal proteins into the diet of my rats, ensuring diverse and rich nutrition. The quantity and composition of the food are tailored to the individual needs, age, and breeding purpose of my rats.

Through continuous learning and staying informed about new scientific findings and recommendations, I keep my breeding and husbandry practices up to date. This allows me to ensure that my rats lead a happy and healthy life while contributing to the improvement of rat breeding. My passion for rat breeding drives me to keep learning and constantly improve my methods to ensure the well-being of my animals.
