As an accomplished commercial photographer, her work has been published in The New York Times, The Globe & Mail, and several national advertising campaigns. Most recently, she worked as the behind-the-scenes photographer for Canon Canada's Plan Your Baby Moments app. Last year, she travelled to Sao Paulo, Brazil, to assist in filming a newborn photographers instructional video for EduK. Tessa is a

mother of three wondrous children, a loveable dog, and two adorable cats. Her family is the inspiration behind much of her imagery. She works and resides in Burlington, Ontario.

After 15 amazing and busy years in photography, I’m taking an extended pause on some of my services. The past 15 years have brought me more joy, adventures, and friendships than I ever could have imagined when I envisioned what Tessa Linden Photography would grow to be. I am immensely grateful for all of the support and love I’ve received from my family, friends, and clients. I’m also so, so proud of what we’ve created together.

This year, we moved to a more “rural” property. In that time, not only have I raised a flock of chickens, I’ve also raised a litter of puppies with another on the way! This new path is, yet again, one that I could not have imagined for myself. Who knew Professional Puppy Snuggler was even a job! It’s a lot of work but the rewards are immeasurable. But, with all we’ve gained from the move, I lost an in-home studio. It’s going to take me a bit more time to create the right space moving forward.

This is not the end of Tessa Linden Photography. I absolutely love what I do and could never imagine life without it. But, I’m going to take some time to refocus, hone in, and create a version of Tessa Linden Photography that continues to make my heart sing. Ideas are already forming in my mind. When I think about the area of headshot photography that fills my cup the most, it is unequivocally working with Young Performers.

With that in mind, if you’ve got a group of Young Performers - actors, singers, dancers - and a space and a need for headshots, I’d LOVE to hear from you.
