Leaving this post up for a day before we delete the page, CCF is closing permanently. We’ve been struggling to get back on track, I’ve had some family emergencies that resulted in some huge life changes that needed to be made. My mother is receiving care & therapy for a cognitive impairment at the South Health Centre. This involves being at the hospital multiple times each week with her for physical/sp*ech therapy sessions, moving out my mothers home and things into storage, as well as figuring out a new job that can support my schedule. Before all this happened, we had a customer purchase a neonate from us that passed (we offered a replacement, the customer accepted, we agreed to wait to see what we produced and they’d have first pick out of that) come January the customer was frustrated with us not keeping in contact (we closed for the winter) and decided they wouldn’t like to wait but would want a refund instead. We again agreed even though it went against the terms and conditions of the sale, and set a time line to which the customer would be paid, but weren’t able to make it due to the family emergencies we experienced. After the customer contacted us, we set up a payment plan for the refund and made the first two payments.. due to lack of cell phone service and wifi we weren’t able to get back to them at which point a status was posted calling us out for scamming them. CCF is closed, and will not be re-opening but any and ALL on going orders will be honoured. We have well over $20,000 in animals stuck in FL until permits arrive, and will have them here any moment (expected to arrive in May)

ATTENTION: Closing down for the winter! In order to avoid delays and other complications that have been mostly weather related we decided to hold off on any further imports until May 2023.

We do still have 4 incredible animals left from our previous shipment, & these will be the last animals available until spring of 2023!🤯

24 HRS tell our next shipment arrives!

Wanted to show this one off a little, this gals apart of a shared project with an insane pedigree stack up, probably the most anticipated arrival of this year.

There’s a lot of projects we have in the mix, but a clutch from this little lady right here would take the cake! Just take a look at the Dam!

Can’t believe we’ll be unboxing her tomorrow, I guess Christmas is coming a little early!🙌🏻😍

UPDATES / NEWS:

Feels like these posts were all but gone haha! It’s nice to have some news, and here’s a little on what we’ve been doing in our absence!

First and foremost, the embargo that Air Canada has had on cold blooded animals is suspected to lift Oct. 31st. We are planning a large shipment of chondro’s (Before Nov. 14th) shortly after this has been lifted as we already have CITES. We also have a small shipment of GTP’s landing Thursday (October 20th) that we managed to piggy back off RE.

We are still awaiting approval on one last CITES permit before all of our odds and ends can be shipped over (Boa’s, Monitors, Other pythons) but expect it in the coming weeks. We appreciate everyone’s patience.. as we understand nobody likes waiting on permits, trust us!🙄

And finally some answers on where we’ve been! The short answer, focusing on turning us into an ACTUAL canadian chondro farm! We have embarked on multiple CB projects with partners both local & in the US to hopefully bring some wicked CB stuff to the Canadian market next year! Coming into the end of import season you see the start of breeding/cooling season so it’s been quite the handful!

Can’t express enough gratitude towards the previous owner for taking such immaculate care of these two amazing batesii. We feel like hobbyist in Canada forget the type of amazing people we have trying to push the Canadian CB hobby forward, including us! You are currently looking at what we hope to be the future of CCB batesii!!😍😍😍

We here at Canadian Chondro Farm strive for quality & customer satisfaction. Upon ordering from Canadian Chondro Farm you automatically agree to ALL terms and conditions listed below.

(1). All animals are covered by alive arrival & 100% health guarantee over a period of 7 days. Any refund claims must be made within the warranty period to be considered, we are not responsible for any death/issues related to poor husbandry.

(2). All customers credited refunds/return’s will automatically have the full amount paid credited towards their next invoice/order with us if a replacement animal isn’t available within 30 days. No exceptions.

(3). All deposit’s are non-refundable if the customer cancel’s for any reason, and will not be credited if buyer fails to meet terms/agreement of payment plan/schedule.

(4). All animals are guaranteed to be outwardly healthy, we are not responsible for loss of other animals in your collection due to inadequate quarantine protocol.

(5). All animals will be covered by a pest/parasite guarantee, any cost’s related to vet treatment for any animal sold by Canadian Chondro Farm in relation to pests/parasites will be covered given the animal see’s a vet within 7 days of arrival with buyer. Physical/Fecal exam’s are not covered, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

(6). We reserve the right to refuse a refund for ANY of the reason’s stated above.

Attention:

(Our newest import list is about to to be up in the next couple hours! Making a bit of changes to how things are going to work, so please make sure to read below.)

Due to the overwhelming amount of inquiries we won’t be accepting deposits on specific animals before arrival.. but instead will only be accepting 1st & 2nd pick on each available locale.

For our exporters to get picture’s of all the green tree pythons they have available would take all day, and both parties feel the time is better spent providing optimal care and customer service. Just like us they have multiple customers they need to assure are satisfied, and tons of animals they need to make sure are healthy! 😎

Pictures of all available animals will be posted to our page after arrival as usual, and customers will be able to choose from specific animals then. 😁

ATTENTION🚨:

FINALLY!! a flight went to plan for us, animals have arrived in Canada at the YUL airport! 🥳 (We had to change from YYZ to avoid further delays.)

We will contact everyone in the AM tomorrow once customs has been cleared at YYC 😁 less than 24hrs to go! 🤩

Our arrival date has been pushed back until Thursday night, we most likely won’t be able to clear custom’s before the morning so photos/updates will be sent out to everyone with animals reserved early Friday afternoon. 😁

The next couple days are going to be extremely busy for us, with over half this import sold we have tons of shipping/pick up dates to arrange! We will do our very best to have lists/photos of what’s still available up by the end of the weekend.

In the meantime.. we’ll just have to leave ya with this video (sent to us by our exporter once everyone was packed up). Can you spot your new additions? 😎🧐

Attention:

Flight’s been pushed to Tuesday next week due to a change in our connecting flight from Toronto to Calgary. Arrival would have pushed into the weekend, and we wanted to avoid the possibility of having animals stuck with customs.

Last time we tried clearing customs on a weekend it took over 48hrs, and it was an absolute spin around. We wanted to avoid that stress both on us, as well as the animals this time around.

We know everyone’s excited, and that very much includes us. The days are getting longer and the nights shorter (the lack of sleep due to excitement might have something to do with it😅) but we’re almost there! Just a few more sleeps 🛌 we promise!
