💥IMPORTANT MESSAGE💥

I have a couple things to mention!
Everyone knows since I started this small business, there has always been a cancellation or reschedule fee , I have been very lenient over the last few years about people cancelling or rescheduling after the 6 PM cut off or the day of!
As of today if you cancel or reschedule after the 6 PM cut off or the day of your appointment there is going to be (an as always been) a fee, which will be half of what the appointment would cost.
I feel like sadly, I have been taken advantage of with the leniency. I have given over the last few years so sadly, I must put my foot down across the board for everyone. I understand people get sick. I understand emergencies happen but at the same time I do run a business ..
I hope all of you understand.

Secondly, most of you know I no longer live in Auburn Bay. I moved to Airdrie as of September 1st, I still service down south but with that being said appointment times may vary people cancel people reschedule so my appointments will be pushed up. I always let people know that it is around that time give or take an hour to 30 minutes with that being said the amount of people that are surprised that I will be coming early and say that they can’t or won’t be there. I do my appointments one after the other sadly I can’t help that people cancel or reschedule and with that being said, I cannot sit in my vehicle for an hour or more waiting for our appointment time so going forward I am making this message, so everybody is aware and that if we book an appointment, please be advised that your appointment time is not set.
And if that won’t work because your day is super busy, then you will need to reschedule your appointment !

I want to thank everybody for being so understanding I appreciate each and every one of you, but I have to continue to run a business ❤️

This shy girl did great with her nail trim. She did not have the best experience previously but with some more time and patience I’m sure she will be a rockstar! Just like humans all animals need to trust. When trust happens & they are comfortable, they understand that it’s gonna be okay. Each appointment will get better!

This sweet soul was a rockstar for her first nail trim,
Her mom rescued her a few months ago, & she has some s***k from the stories her mom tells me about her! She has her safe space where we did her nails & she just wanted to show me her belly the whole time so after each clip I gave her some belly scratches!
