Going through the camera videos from January 12th. The day before we lost him. Having all these stored on my phone is a lot, so moving them here so I don't lose them.

I had cameras on Tyrion the last few days before we lost him. It's taken me until today to look through some of them.

These are from the evening of Jan 12 to the morning of January 13th.

I'm just uploading them here so I will always have them to look back on.

Poor guy, he was always very clean and used his litter box. The last month or so he wasn't using it like he normally would.

Unfortuanately this year isn't off to much of a better start then the last couple.

Tyrion's cancer became too much and we had to say goodbye to him today.

It's been hard the past few weeks, seeing him slowly decline and as he lost his vision, really slow down. He's always been a rabbit that was very full of life and s***k, if there was one rabbit we had to name with "attitude" it was him, but it was a big part of his charm.

The fight with pneumonia really took a lot out of him, and when he started to decline again we thought it was maybe that creeping up again, but his thymoma was what was causing this issue this time and no amount of medication was going to fix that.

We were able to be with him and it was a calm passing. He was the last of our agility rabbits, and it's been hard watching all of our hopping crew slowly leave us, but I am grateful that until these last couple weeks he had been a very spry and energetic bun, even despite the cancer he was diagnosed with in December 2022.

He is very sorely missed. I love you Tyrion.💕

Hoppy New Year!

Tyrion was back in to the vet today. He finished his course of antibiotics a few days ago and he has since slid backwards, and it seems like the length of time with it just wasn't quite long enough to kick the pneumonia. So he is right back on meds now, for a longer time this time around, and hopefully it's enough to get rid of it this time for good.

We knew when these meds started that Tyrion's condition was serious and could just as easily take a turn for the worse as it could get better. Thankfully, it's been the latter!

He is much more himself, more active and not looking so sad all the time. I'm so relieved, and while we know it isn't a permanent solution since he still has cancer, I'm glad we at least have him back to feeling comfortable!
