What is Bio Sponge? It’s an all natural supplement that helps support healthy digestion. The natural bentonite acts as a binding agent to help remove toxins from the gut, resolving digestive upset and helping promote healthy intestinal function. Results are usually seen within 1-2 doses. Bio sponge can be used as a daily supplement for dogs who have digestive issues, or as needed to quickly resolve digestive upset and diarrhea.

We have a few openings for sedation free dentals this week!

Sedation free dentals are a great ADDITION to your pet’s preventative health and dental care. We professionally clean with an ultrasound scaler and manual detail. We remove all tartar, plaque and buildup on all surfaces of the teeth.

Our long time clients have not had to sedate their dogs for major veterinary dental care, benefitting from saving expenses with frequent cleaning. We will recommend follow up with your veterinary in cases of existing dental damage.

A full cleaning starts at $150, with additional fees added if there is excessive tartar to remove. Once complete, return ‘touch up’ sessions start at $50 if booked within 4-6 months to maintain a healthy smile and fresher breath.

We use and recommend Kuranda Dog beds!

These beds are tough enough to handle a variety of boarding dogs and are easy to clean and sanitize. No sharp edges and chew proof, they clean up easily with cloth or scrub brush so they don't hold dirt, bacteria, parasites or odors.

Dogs love them because they're comfortable, no hard spots so they support joints and keep the dogs up off the floors.

The Aluminum framed beds are guaranteed for one year against damage, and all parts can be replaced if damaged, including the fabric. They come in different sizes and options as well.

And with one last splash, the pool is officially getting tucked in for winter!

The heated pool and dock diving will be back in the spring for more fun; along with the agility rings. While the humans may have been a bit cool today the dogs didn’t care in the least! Even a few boarding dogs got in on the action!

For those that have heard that Carnivora is going out of business.... it's not true! They are going through some restructuring but it's business as usual, we are still getting in orders and they have added some new products as well; a digestive supplement, a joint supplement and whole animal freeze dried patties.

We of course try and use all the products we carry, so are in the process of 'test driving' the new items and will be doing some posts to promote these items soon!

But not to worry, Carnivora is still proudly Canadian and producing quality raw diets for dogs and cats!

Great article!
When we start out our puppies or client's puppies, we don't focus on 'meeting new dogs and doggie friends' but rather we work on the bond between puppy and handler, build up that relationship and trust through training. A strong foundation prevents a lot of long term issues!
