I have always been a creative person, but really fell in love with sewing when I started making diapers for my youngest child (who has super-sensitive skin, and has been a challenge to diaper). We run almost exclusively on wood heat, however, so there is a slight chance of a smoky smell in my items, however I do my best to minimize those chances.
