We have a sweet dog lookIng for a new forever home. It’s 1 1/2 year old intact male Australian shepherd mix. It was found on the side of road and the person that found him can’t keep him. Had been vaccinated and dewormed.

If you are planning any Christmas holidays where your animals will be in a kennel, remember they need to be vaccinated a minimum of one week prior. The more time the better immunity.

Positive rabies case in a bat found in the town of coronation. If your animals including cats have not been vaccinated with rabies In the last two years call the clinic and get them boostered!

Reminder to everyone! Ticks are bad this year if you have not gotten any tick prevention you should get some! Bravecto is only good for three months so depending when you have it you may need another dose!

As I’m driving to a calving call I would like to remind everyone that our favorite season is here! Please be patient with us at MJ vet services as we are constantly juggling people and appointments trying to fit in as many people as possible. Since we are on a roll with bloodwork- wanting to remind everyone if you have pets over age of ten it’s recommended to do annual bloodwork to catch diseases before they progress To far where medical management is not an option.
