I hope everyone has been having a safe and happy summer. Quick update on my stroke recovery. I’m literally learning how to walk again. Such a strange feeling lol.
My leg and foot have been slower to recover but I’m getting there. I have been working hard at physio and the pool. Slow and steady frustrating at times process but I’m getting there. Pain has finally subsided a little bit. I have an appointment on Tuesday for a second round of Botox injections to try and loosen up some muscles in my leg, foot, arm.
Still in the wheelchair but my main goals are to ditch the wheelchair, get walking, and start spending time with dogs again. I miss it more than anything. Lots of love to everyone and I’ll be seeing you all soon. I’m determined to get there. ❤️🐾

James is a great guy with loads of knowledge if you’re having issues with loose leash walking it’s worth it to check it out.🐾

is teaming up with Bosley’s to put on a loose leash walking crash course May 26th from 6pm to 7pm! Tickets for this class are $25 (bought in store) and space is limited! Coffee and snacks will be provided. They encourage you to bring your 4 legged friend to practice during the class. Several training tools will be demonstrated to help find the best fit for you and your pup!
