Happy announcement! We were able to put the trap to use and helped to secure this beautiful, young Maremma named Charlie. His family is grateful to have him back and safe. He was new to them and had gotten away from them and fortunately, he stuck close to the property and was trapped after only two days. The first photo shows him on the first night sleeping beside the trap. Tonight he went in! Yay!

And now back to our regular programming. Here is the latest photos of dear Dustan "Mia" and her not so little girls, Zara and Riley. I am so in love with these girls - all of them just so pretty! The kids are the perfect mix of German Shepherd and Husky.

We have Rosie on a controlled feeding routine and we are attempting to get her to traps that are set for her. Please do not feed her. We encourage residents who see her to let her go on her way without chasing her or following her or she will leave the area and prolong the search and capture of her. Call us at 604 825-6913.

We know everyone wants to see her found but Please Please do not call her, chase her or approach. Recently this has happened on numerous occasions and this has resulted in Rosie moving to different areas., and Petsearchers has had to basically restart the search each time. Being in residential areas is a good opportunity for us to capture her so please call us if you see her, but stay back and do not approach. Because Rosie is forced out of certain areas the cost of the search has been expensive for the rescue.

This is a small rescue and at this point they do not have any funds left to finance the search and capture Rosie. Petsearchers has been using their own funds to enable us to continue the search. We travel several times to Chilliwack a day often and the hour plus travel time each way gets very costly for us. We want to be able to continue this search so we would like to ask if anyone would like to donate any amount towards the search, even $20.00 would be appreciated. We dont want to do a Gofundme as they charge a fee for service, so we would rather ask for any donations go to E-transfer instead. Thanks in advance for any donations to help fund the search. There was a recent confirmed sighting of Rose on May 07, 2023. Please call if you see this girl, at first she resembles a coyote.

Hello everyone! We've got some great news. Guess who is safe? Al has captured Rose and she is safe with him. Sorry that we have not been able to provide more info as the search was happening but we were doing our very best to give Al the space to work his magic. And he did!! Happy dance!! Edited to add: I should have thought to add this in my original post, my apologies. Thank-you so much for the donations that helped to bring Rose to safety. I am hoping to get a photo soon that I can share with you.

Hi everyone. We have temporarily repurposed the page to help in the effort to recover Rosie.

Rosie is from Korea. She is new to Canada and she has been on the run in Chilliwack for almost 2 months.

She is quite small and has lost quite a bit of weight. Please report all sightings PRIVATELY to (604) 825-6913

Last known location was Broadway and Chilliwack Central.

Just a little update on what we have been up to lately. We have purchased a trap and are helping out Koastal Dog Rescue to try to secure Rose, a Korean street dog that has been on the run in Chilliwack for 45 days now.
