Today is my last day of grooming appointments for the Christmas season! I will be closed until the New Year to enjoy some time with family and recharge.

I have sent out all the Christmas photos so if I have missed you, please reach out, there are just too many to post!

During this time, my reply time may be slower, but I will get back to everyone as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting my business this year!

Hi friends!

I would like to kindly remind everyone of the importance of arriving on time for your scheduled appointments, as well as picking up your pets promptly at the agreed time. Since I work on a one-on-one basis with each pet, my appointments are closely scheduled throughout the day to accommodate as many clients as possible.

Late drop-offs or pick-ups can disrupt the flow of my day and cause delays for other clients who arrive on time. I typically provide an estimated window, such as "the appointment will take two hours" or a specific completion time, to help you plan accordingly.

Moving forward, please be aware that if you are more than 30 minutes late for pick-up, I will be charging an hourly rate to compensate for the time. This policy is necessary to ensure that I can continue to provide quality service to all my clients.

Yesterday, despite my very best effort to save him, we lost our sweet Simon boy to heart failure very suddenly. Anybody who knew Simon instantly loved him for his cuddly, loving, needy personality. He never left my daughters side since the moment she was born and he brought our lives so much joy. Our house is a lot quieter this morning without his meows and kneading our blankets. We are devastated to say the least.

I just want to say a big thank you to all of my clients who were understanding and gave me the day to try and save him. I’m sorry for the sudden cancellation of your appointments. Thank you to everyone who let me reschedule their appointments for today, to allow my daughter and I the day to grieve, I didn’t want to transfer my negative energy onto your pups. It means the world to me that everyone was so understanding. My pets are my family and we are heartbroken. I’m going to take the weekend to spend with my daughter remembering our sweet boy and I’ll be back to regular scheduled programming Monday. Again, thank you all for your understanding during this difficult time 🤍
