Please note that I am going to be closed the rest of the week and will reevaluate on Sunday but I believe we are going to be at the hospital with Jack until early next week. I am heading home this afternoon to spend some time with Ruby if anyone needs food/treats or nail trims, please reach out asap. Thank you everyone for the support. We are hoping that we see improvement but so far Jack is where he needs to be and needs his mom and dad by his side ❤️

I feel like a broken record but things are changing rapidly over here. Jack is going through what feels like a millionth change in medication and the transition has not been easy. I’ll be booking day by day and I know a few of you have been waiting so I will be sending you all inbox messages soon❤️ So thankful for everyone and your graciousness at this time.

I’m officially back from “vacation” as of tomorrow. Ruby is feeling much better but Jack still needs to be closely monitored. Please have patience with message replies. I received a lot of messages while I was off. I’m prioritizing the dogs that I cancelled while Ruby was sick first and then getting to everyone as I can. Vacation is wonderful but I’ll be playing catch up this week. We had a wonderful time in PEI but I’m looking forward to getting back into our routine this week.

I’m officially on vacation! I’ve spent the past three days in and out of the hospital with Ruby. She was not feeling well all last week so I do apologize for not getting back to messages/not getting everyone in. Family first ❤️ I’m kicking back and trying to recuperate some much needed rest and making memories with my family. I’ll message you all the first of next week!

A reminder that Jack has still not responded to medication for his night time seizures. I am still booking day by day! He starts his new medication tomorrow. I’ll continue to book while things are going well but please be patient when messaging/calling as it can be a couple days before responding. Also a reminder that I am taking a week vacation the first week in August and will not be responding to calls or messages at that time. Please ensure if you need dog food to reach out beforehand ❤️ Thank you all for your support.

Just a reminder that it is summer and this is my craziest time of the year. I’m one person! One person doing grooms, one person selling retail, one person cleaning, one person managing a medically complex child while having a busy one year old ❤️ I see your messages! I’ll answer as soon as I can but note it can take a few days! Self employment is such a joy but it is so busy! Please give me two weeks notice of new appointments needing to be booked. I will be behind this summer, I need to take time with my kids while they are young as well as rest my body. If you haven’t booked in the last six months, you are considered a new client and I’m unable to help at this time. Everyone that has been so patient and kind…thank you thank you thank you! Back open after vacation! It was a great week. Our IWK visit showed Jack is the same so we will be boosting medications and entering the world of one of his medications not being covered. After his visit, we spent the rest of the week in Brule and basically living at the beach. There is nothing like putting our toes in the sand and water to rejuvenate our bodies and minds.

I will be returning messages today and tomorrow. Please note that a dog groomer posted they were closing and my message box is full to say the least. I am not accepting new clients and I prioritize my clients to ensure they can get in when they need to. No new inquiries will be answered and my auto reply states I am not accepting new clients.

New products have arrived so stay tuned to a retail post later today for new treats, chews, and toppers! I’ll also be putting a poll together to see if there is any interesting bringing my website back for the retail side.

Thank you for all the love and patience ❤️ The next couple of months will be a months of changes for Jack so I do appreciate everyone navigating this journey with us.
