We knead YOU! From November 17–23, Tim Hortons Smile Cookies are back—and this year, every delicious bite helps support the Lakeland Humane Society! 🐶🐱
We’re on the lookout for amazing volunteers to help us spread smiles (and frosting!) at our local Tim Hortons locations. Whether you're a cookie-decorating pro or just love helping out a great cause, we’d love to have you on our team!
✨ What you’ll do:
– Decorate cookies with love 💕
– Share smiles with customers 😄
– Help raise funds for furry friends 🐾
📅 When: November 17–23
📍 Where: Participating Tim Hortons locations

We have several events coming up here at Lakeland Humane Society so if you have any extra time that you're trying to fill or maybe just feeling bored & want to do something meaningful, we could USE your TIME!!
With our SMILE Cookie Event (collaborating with Tim Hortons) Nov. 17/25-Nov. 23/25, we're looking for volunteers to come make the cookies AND Sell them! If you have any time this coming week, we'd really appreciate your coming & helping us out!
IF YOU CAN'T Volunteer, you can always help us out by purchasing cookies to share at the office, shop, in the field at school OR in the Firehall OR Police Station, and we'd get the proceeds from those sales (for every $2 cookie sold, we get $1)

Nov. 21/2025, we're working at the BINGO; all sales/proceeds goes to the Shelter: with the cold season coming up, we're filling up fast and could use the funds! If you're not doing anything next Friday, Nov. 21/25 and want to help, please reach out via email OR phone call, and we'd happily accept your donation of your time! If you're going to the BINGO, we thank you in advance as well!! 😄

The Lakeland Humane Society's Christmas Cash Raffle tickets are on sale now. Get yours for a chance to win big, just in time for the holidays!

Grab your tickets, just $5 each, at the Lakeland Humane Society, Cross Cuts Pet Styling, Centre Animal Hospital, or by sending an e-transfer to [email protected] (please include you name and phone number)!

Proceeds from our raffles help to fund the hard winter months when we unfortunately see an influx of animals suffering from frostbite, malnutrition and other various ailments and the extended medical care that they often desperately need.

First prize is $1000, Second prize is $500, and Third prize is $300! Draw Date: December 22, 2025!

We’re partnering with Hamel's Meats for a delicious fundraiser in support of the Lakeland Humane Society! Stock your freezer with high-quality, locally sourced meats while helping animals in need.

To get your order form, send us a message on Facebook, email [email protected], or pick up a paper copy at the Lakeland Humane Society. Orders will be accepted until November 30th, with deliveries made in the Cold Lake area the following week. For orders outside the delivery area, a convenient pick-up location will be arranged.

Support local business, enjoy great food, and help us care for the animals who need it most!
