Hello everyone!
I know it’s been a while since I posted but I’m going to try and get back into social media. As many of you know I was in an accident last year and I really slowed down with grooming. But, we are back at it!

I want to touch base today to notify my clients of a price increase.

This price increase will be effective immediately and as follows:

Handstrip Clients will now start at $115. I’m aware this is a large price increase but I have been extremely undercharging for such services. They are a specialty service that not many groomers offer and it is really hard on the body!
*please note if you pet goes longer than 8 weeks there will be an additional charges for outgrown coat, which leads to much more work*

All full haircut large breeds (doodles, poodles, bouviers, ect) will start at $120.
*please note if your pet goes longer than 8 weeks there will be additional charges*

I am no longer accepting any NEW large breed clients.

Some exciting news is with Christine’s Grooming Studio taking over Bark! Grooming (the location in which I have been contracted), we have a new computer system.
This means we now have a much more comprehensive system and ONLINE BOOKING!

Good morning everyone!

I am so excited to be back at work and to see all my amazing clients happy, wagging tails!

I just want to touch base on scheduling and appointment times.

As of right now I am booking for mid to late March. If your interested in an appointment please let me know or call the shop (don’t forget to request Brie!) at 905-429-2275 and we will try our best to get you booked. Please note, I do have a cancellation list so be sure to book your appointment just in case because we are still booking quickly.

As for appointments, it’s extremely important that you show up on time for your specific appointment time. Being late will put me behind substantially for the rest of the day especially with all our extra precautions in effect. The same goes for pick up. Please pick up within 20 mins of your pick up call so we don’t have an overlapping appointments. If you need extra time please let me know so I can do my best accommodate whatever your needs are.

If you cannot make your appointment, please call 24 hrs ahead of time. I have a wait list for people who are patiently waiting to get in and we would need 24 hour notice to provide that appointment time to my other clients on the wait list.

There is a new policy in effect as well. If you do not show up for your appointment without letting us know you are not coming, your file will be flagged. After two flags on your file for ‘no shows’, you will be required to prepay for your future appointments when you book.

I really appreciate everyone who has chosen me to pamper their pups and can’t wait to see everyone for their future appointments!

Good evening everyone,

It’s with a very heavy heart to announce that with the recent announcement of the lockdown, I cannot accept any grooming appointments until the lockdown has been lifted. The province of Ontario has deemed pet grooming non essential and has revoked previous permission.

I want to wish all my amazing clients a happy holiday season and hope everyone stays safe. Please stay tuned as I will be posting updates through the duration of this lockdown.

Again, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all my wonderful clients. I hope to see you in the new year!
