Welcome to Pees Of Mind Pet Care Services. Pet care when you can't be there! I am Dar Miller.

We all adore our pets and love being with them, but sometimes we have to leave, whether on vacation, business, emergency or just a weekend away. Although some pets would do fine in a kennel-type situation, this is certainly not the case with all of them. Pets also adore their people, so why not lessen their stress as much as possible when you can’t be there? Allowing them to stay in their own home and maintain their own schedule helps them feel more comfortable with your departure.

I will live-in while you’re gone and attend to your loved one’s every need. I have cared for a wide variety of animals in the past 35 years, and have experience with many different species. I am comfortable administering medications, treating minor ailments, caring for diabetic animals, or just snuggling on the couch, if they want! I have Pet First Aid through St. John Ambulance, and am a certified Veterinary Assistant. I have worked in veterinary clinics, at an SPCA, as a laboratory animal technician, and as a kennel attendant. I am confident in my ability to give your beloved pet just what they need.

I also provide an aspect of security for your home while you are gone. Vacant houses run an increased risk of break-ins. If an issue arises, such as heating, plumbing, or electrical problems, I will be there to alert your contacts before it reaches emergency status.
