We will be at the pop-up market this Sunday 10am- 2pm @ The Royal Canadian Legion, Deer Lake. Stop by and check out the great vendors and bring a little something for the food bank! We will have some freshly harvested microgreens, grow at home kits that we started to grow and you finish them. Grow at kits, cat grass and seed🌱🌱

If you talked to me about microgreens, I probably mentioned Sulforaphane and it's health benefits! Sulforaphane is an isothiocyanate compound that has been derived from cruciferous vegetables. It was shown in numerous studies to be active against multiple cancer types including pancreatic, prostate, breast, lung, cervical, and colorectal cancers

For our Vendors: Set-up is Friday evening from 6:30-8pm or Saturday am beginning at 8:30 am 🙂 We will be in touch with each vendor by the end of the day to make sure you are up to speed with the details 🙂
