Bunny Bee’s Rabbitry Welcome to Bunny Bee’s Rabbitry! We specialize in providing families with adorable, friendly and explorative family pets.

We currently only raise small lop eared rabbits for family pets. We have purebred, pedigree’d Holland lops and Lop mixes. Quality Pet and Brood Stock Holland Lop and Mini Lop Rabbits

Formally (with names) introducing the Pepper Litter! 🌶️ 🫑

RESERVED - Mirasol, Vienna Marked Female Blue Otter with brown eyes. Named after the Mirasol Chili pepper, she’s actually very sweet. She’s one of the more laid back bunnies of the bunch, content to just sit around and keep you company. Often times she’ll just sit there and watch us with her mom and dad while the rest of the bunch snooze. She’s a crowd favourite as her momma apparently ran out of ink after having her. Mirasol is one of the larger bunnies in her litter.

Bell, Blue Eyed White Female. While we aimed to name the entire litter after hot pepper’s we just couldn’t for this one. Bell is as sweet as they come. She is calm, confident and collected. Often found snuggling up with her siblings, Bell is also one of the first (Followed by Mirasol) to greet me at the door. Bell is also one of the larger babies in the litter.

Ghost, our only male, also Blue Eyed White. Named after our White Ghost Pepper Plant (which survived the winter!), Ghost is sturdy and reliable. He’s very middle of the pack. He enjoys a good snuggle, has medium energy levels but is also very friendly and can be active when he wants to be. Ghost is medium in size.

Naga, Blue Eyed White female. Named after the Naga Viper Chili. Naga means snake and is a mythical race somewhere between super humans and serpents (don’t ask me all the details, we’re just going off names of peppers here). Naga is one of our more spicy buns, she is fairly active and wiggly when held. She is very social and enjoys pets and running around climbing on you. She is medium in size compared to her littermates.

Last but not least, we have the ever spicy Carolina Reaper. Carolina is a female Blue Eyed White and the smallest of the litter. Don’t let her size fool you though, this girl is FIREY! She is by far the most active of her litter, exceptionally friendly but will need a home with plenty of space. I can just picture what her zoomies will be like. Carolina has that southern charm though and is a real sweetie despite her being higher up on the spicy spectrum.

We have finally found the perfect home for our beloved babies. Otter, Moon, Shine, Appa, Woody and Grey all hopped off today to live on an organic (vegetarian) free range farm where they will be cherished members of the family. They will continue to be breeders as they have some incredible genetics so you may see their babies posted from time to time. The lovely humans who have adopted them have the same values that we here at Bunny Bee’s do with regards to breeding. We are sad to see them go but wish them all the best in their new home. 💜

We’ve made a difficult decision to close our doors. Our buns will be looking for their furever 🏡. All buns are healthy and in good condition.

I would like to see them all go together if possible. While we are not in a hurry and will be looking for the perfect place for them (breeder or pet) we are willing to make the goal of finding them a place together, very attainable. There are six total looking for homes - 5 purebred (with pedigree’s).

We haven’t had much to post in awhile,

With RHDV2 our buns have been living their best lives indoors and we’ve stepped back from breeding for the summer because shelters are becoming overrun with animals and we don’t want to contribute to the problem.

On a lighter note, I’ve been getting tons of fantastic picture and video updates from our extended bunny family. Thank you all for being incredible bunny parents.

We have officially moved indoors!

In response to the recent RDHV2 outbreaks in Ontario, Bunny Bee’s has decided to forgo the outdoor living experience in favour of a safer, albeit smaller, set up for our rabbits.

We will still be feeding our rabbits a variety of greens (both store bought and foraged) which will be thoroughly washed before being given.

We and our rabbits will miss our larger outdoor hutches but safety and health are our number one priorities. To help our rabbits adjust to a less eventful and roomy indoor living space, we are creating enrichment activities for them to explore and keep themselves occupied with. Every bunny will still be given regular run time and cuddles 🥰
